The representative, Shane, arrived on time, did a spectacular job being careful not to damage the many plants around the house, and was very polite. He left no messes. The house and patio looks great . I would recommend PowerWash Plus to anyone.

Arrangements were made for a powerwashing of our house. He arrived on time - was very polite and the job well. We would consider using this company again when the need arises.

The house was left very clean and they did a great job. They took the time to do a walk through and explain areas that could not be cleaned by power washing.

good job. they were on time and professional. power washing does a good and quick job but not as clean as cleaning the siding with a brush.

The wash was ok. I asked them to avoid the security cameras but they sprayed them anyway causing a temporary blur.

Ryan arrived exactly on time, towing a 17 foot trailer behind a very large pickup. He called the house from the street to ascertain if his trailer would fit on my parking pad before climbing the driveway. It did, mainly due to his ability to maneuver his vehicle. We walked around the house with me showing him particular areas I was concerned about, such as the scum accumulated on my Leafguard gutters. Ryan got to work right away and in very short order my siding, gutters, soffitt and fascia were sparkling like new. I could not believe how quickly he was able to rid the house of eight years of accumulated mold and dirt. Ryan was personable, efficient and made certain I was pleased with the result before he put his equipment away. I was very pleased with the work and using the Angie's List big deal made the price very good. I will definitely use Power Wash Plus for any future cleaning needs.

Person who did job was very professional and on time. Deck turned out good (except for a few tiny spots missed) & house siding was good. Gutter turned out unacceptable - looks just the same as it did before they arrived. The man that did the work said that it was because of oxidation on the gutter & that he had never seen one the color of mine, not come clean. He said that even if they did it by hand (which he said I would probably be charged more for), it would probably not come clean. He called his boss to discuss and said his boss would call me immediately. Never heard from the boss and it have been almost 2 weeks ago. Assuming that what I was told about the gutter was not true, I got up on a step stool and cleaned a section with a mild product and using no elbow grease and it now looks like new. Angie Deal $89 Deck Quote $55 Paid $89 and never rec'd a bill for the $55, which I would not pay anyway because of the gutter situation. I now will have to take care of the gutter myself and this was the MAIN reason I bought the Angie deal in the first place, as that was the one thing on my house that needed a good cleaning. If I wanted to clean it myself, I wouldn't have bought the deal. You should not quote a price & agree that it did include the gutter if your process would not actually clean a gutter with just dirt on it. It was not oxidized, it was just very dirty!! In all honesty, I feel I should be reimbursed the $89 !!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fabulous. I have used them 4 other times and I have referred them to my friends. I like that they do provide an excellent service and the process they do. They use a biodegradable solution and they spray it on your house gently. It eats off the mold and the algae and then they rinse that back off. So it’s not intrusive to any of your siding or guttering.

He arrived within an hour of estimated time and was able to complete the service even on a clody day. He remove all the pink mold on the siding and the brown stains on the gutters.

It went fine, they were on time and I think they did a good job. They weren't able to remove some black specks on the house that I was hoping that they can removed and that's the reason why I called them out but they were honest about it.

I contacted the company by email, we arranged a date and time. I couldn't be there at the time but he called and talked to me about what was done. I asked for bids on cleaning my privacy fence and brick patio. The prices are reasonable and scheduling is not a problem. I would use this company again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out fine, we had no problems. The guy was on time, and he did a good job. He explained everything to me, and when he completed, he explained that to me, and I appreciated that. We didn't pay anything beyond the price of the big deal. It took a while to set up the appointment.

Powerwash Plus arrived as planned and had the entire house washed in just over an hour. When he was done, we did a walk around of the house to discuss the results. The house was very clean with the process and chemicals used by Powerwash Plus. They were very professional and I would have no problem using them again

The company arrived as scheduled. Work very professionally and completed the work in the time specified. Very competent and professional.

That was excellent. I didn't spend more than the big deal purchase. Their solution was biodegradable, at least that's what we were told. I've not seen any evidence that they did any damage whatsoever. We had used commercials before and didn't get near the results. It even got off the mildew off the gutters. There was no problem. With the speed, he was done in less than two hours for a two-story house. It was only one person. It was fantastic.

The technician worked hard and did a great job. He let me know about a couple of issues around the outside of the house that may require attention (unrelated to powerwashing).

Tyler did an excellent job. I didn't think he would be able to do the whole house from the ground (we have a 2 story house), but the job came out great. The attic vents have not been as clean since new. Will definitely use this service again.
