Chris Martinez from S&J Masonry did an excellent job of replacing damaged bricks and long cracks in mortar joints plus he caulked between my 3-window encasement & brick ledge in an older home that I just moved into three months ago. Peace of mind satisfied.

To finish my comments on their work, I now have to do the flooring in the bedroom where they (by mistake) tore up the carpeting. I told them I was not happy with their work replacing this carpeting. So now I will have to hire someone to do the flooring In this bedroom.

They cut tile perfectly

Very friendly workers, language is a problem. They are not familiar with building codes rather overpriced for the work but honest and quality work.

Terrible work. I have had to hire contractors to come in and fix all their mistakes. Do not hire them. Save yourself the trouble.

S&J reparied a hole in my kitchen ceiling. The repair is undetectable, which given the texture on the ceiling is hard to accomplish. The crew was fast and efficient.

S&J was seven hours late the first day. Eight hours the next. They damaged existing tub and tiles, left caulk and grout everywhere. They install two cracked tile in the hall bathroom. They didn't clean the walls from grout or seal the grout. They left grout and trash everywhere. They removed trim and threw it away. The owner will not return phone calls.

They did a great job.

Super efficient and reasonable tuckpointers. We had a ton of work to fix cracks in our stone foundation as well as some brickwork tuckpointing. Very professional and respectful workers.

Worker was professional and did an outstanding job

They were very prompt and professional. Got us a fair quote quickly with a nice rep who came by to estimate the project. They send us a quote via email and showed up the next day to do the work. We hadnâ t confirmed a time so it was a little surprise to see them early the next day. The work was completed efficiently. The worker was nice and seem to have a good understanding of the work. The only complaint we had was around the cleanup. After he left we noticed that he cleaned his tools out in our kitchen sink which left it really dirty with dried grout stuck at the bottom. It took us about 30-40 min to clean all the grout out. He never asked if there was a place to clean at so we didnâ t even know until we saw it later. The work was good, but clean up couldâ ve gone better. One outlet was also put in up side down which I had to switch out the next day. The pricing was decent for the work done.

The overall quality of work was great and met my expectations. I was disappointed that the guy doing the work showed up an hour late and I did not relieve a call, text, or email notifying me of this. I had to readjust my schedule to accommodate him being late. He also parked his vehicle in our driveway which leaked oil on our driveway. Overall, the quality of service was good, but I do not think I would hire them again.
