Elite Pro Painting

The process was smooth from start to finish. Joel did an outstanding job of preparing the quote, following up, and overseeing the painting job as well as clean up. The price was reasonable and the work was a quality job. I would highly recommend them.

Not happy at all. I was given a quote 5-6 weeks ago and nothing was ever done. I called 2-3 times checking on an update and was never given an answer. I called and talked to the secretary on my last attempt and was advised I would receive a call....never got the call and 2 days later I cancelled the job....Complete waste of time

We had used Elite to paint the exterior of the same house. We were very happy with the results and the quick service so we had them go ahead and pain the interior of the property. They patched and painted all walls, trim, doors and ceiling. They were helpful when recommending a neutral paint color that could be used through out the home. They did a great job under a tight deadline.

We had a short timeline to get the work done on a rental property we were preparing to sell. John came out right away and gave us a quote and then got us scheduled right away. His crew scraped, power washed, caulked and painted the exterior in just 2 days. It looks fantastic. They were clean, efficient and friendly. We will be using them again for the interior of this house.

We had an excellent experience with Elite Pro Painting in our new home. The crew did an outstanding job preparing the house to protect the new appliances, fixtures, railing, flooring and everything else. We were excited to see how well the final coat looked and it really made a huge difference in finishing our newly built home. I couldn?t be happier with the customer service from Joel Sackett beginning with the estimate through to the final walk-through to make sure they met and exceeded our expectations. The house looks wonderful after the new paint! The crew was efficient and did an excellent job edging. The price was very competitive and I feel we got a good deal for the quality of the job Elite Pro completed.

Poor communication between the painter and the Wood repair company that was replacing exterior trim boards. Painters had painted over the wood that was to be replaced. Painters left litter in the yard.

They did a great job, we have had a lot of compliments on the job that was done. We had another contractor out for another repair they also do painting, he said he would have quoted around 3,0000. He just kept saying what a beautiful job it was. We are so pleased. Thanks!!

We had a deadline and Joel and his team, lead by Christian, made it happen! The job done was professional from start to finish. Joel provided help on color consultation and the crew prepped. painted and cleaned up in a very timely fashion. We will hire again for future painting jobs.

It was great. We love them. They were very timely and very responsive and then they also guarantee their work for you, will come out in a year, review it and fix anything that has any issues. Plus, they're local, so I like that. They were extremely professional. They were just very polite.

Completed in one day less than anticipated. Crew was very efficient . Job was completed too my expectations.

I cannot think of anything negative to say about them. I am very satisfied. They did everything that they said they would do. They actually cleaned my gutters without me asking or paying them. Very nice guys!

Very good. They were able to come back and correct any issues that you had. I was very pleased with the results.

They kept pushing back the date, and we wouldn't hear from them, even when we tried to call and email them. We called and canceled the job, but they said they'd come the next day. He came the next day, and brought the wrong ladders. They made another date, and didn't show up. The next day, they came, and they only painted 5 pieces of the windows. We made several other appointments that no one showed up for. They came another few times, and still didn't finish the job. They left all of the work items in my yard every day, no clean up. The project manager called and came by several times to collect payment, and didn't know that the project wasn't finished. The windows that we kept having to take off killed off the grass. I had to push back several other appointments.

Elite Pro Painting was hired to paint the wood trim on the exterior of our home. We knew upon the pre painting inspection that some of the wood trim would need to be replaced. Elite Pro Painting sent out a subcontractor to give us an estimate on removing and replacing the wood. It was agreed that the subcontractor would do the wood work and some of the painting. The weather was not cooperative, which happens and the project could not begin as scheduled. Not a problem. The subcontractor called and stated they would be out on Sunday to start removing the wood and replacing the pieces with primer already on the boards. On Sunday the subcontractor called us and said they were at Menards waiting for the 'go ahead' from Elite Pro to purchase the wood and paint to begin the project. Well, four (4) hours later the subcontractor stopped by telling us the following: They called Elite Pro before going into Menards to purchase the items, to let them know they were needing their go ahead to purchase material whomever they spoke to said they were at their sons game but would have their phone on them. So the subcontractor picked out the material needed and got in line at Menards. while in line they called Elite Pro for confirmation to purchase, but no one answered the phone. So they left a message and then called back several times. Half an hour passed and the men had to get out of line and continued to wait for a callback. They decided to get lunch and returned to Menards, all the while trying to call the man from Elite Pro who did not answer his phone. After several hours the subcontractors gave up and stopped by our house to explain the problem. The following day the subcontractors called stating their was a problem with Elite Pro's treatment of them, the problem was how Elite Pro handled payment for materials with the subcontractor. So the subcontractor was breaking ties with Elite Pro - after finishing our house. The subcontractors began their work. But continued to have issues with Elite Pro. The subcontractor had problems with communication from Elite Pro, as did we. we called the owner and left messages several time, but calls were never returned. Then the following day, Mike from Elite Pro stopped by our house to talk with the subcontractors-who had not arrived yet-Mike said they were on their way from another job site and would be at our house soon. Not a problem-until Mike, who was in his car in front of our house, found out the men were not coming and instead of having the common courtesy to come to the door to tell me, took off. (*Mike did this twice to me-told me the subcontractors were coming, that he was sticking around to talk to them and when he found out they were not coming he took off-rude, rude, rude.) The subcontractors, after a few hours called my husband to tell him of a problem again with Elite Pro's treatment of them (second time this happened with this project), but they were still coming to finish the job. Did Elite Pro call us at all, NO. Even after my husband left messages for Mike and the owner of Elite Pro, no one called. We had to track down the people at Elite Pro to find out what was happening-disgraceful. The drama continued with the subcontractors and more issues plagued them with Elite Pro and some personal issues arose. Unavoidable personal issues and I don't fault the subcontractor at all, I fault Elite Pro's handling of the entire situation. My husband was constantly caught in the middle of Elite Pro and the subcontractor-not his job, nor was he compensated for his help in the situation-which took hours away from his own job. . Finally, even though there was some wood work that needed to be finished, the painters arrived. They finished the wood work and painted. They did have to return a few times to fix places they missed while painting. The men who did the actual painting did an A-/B job. However, we were not pleased that the wood that had been taken off of our house and was still sitting in our yard, nails and staples still in them. Mike wanted the painters to take the wood, but the painters clearly did not have room in their van for long pieces of wood. Mike said he would call the subcontractors, but whether he truly followed through calling them, I do not know. All I know is that there was a pile of wood with nails and staples sticking out of them on the side of my house. They also took off part of the gutter on the roof and did not replace it-they said they could not figure out where it went-lovely! My husband paid Elite Pro, even though I strongly suggested he only pay them a portion until the wood was removed, but he just wanted to be done with them. It took several more phone calls and emails to get someone from Elite Pro to get the wood-about a week for it to be taken away. Joel Sackett was the one at Elite Pro who finally was able to get Mike to pick up the wood. Children in the neighborhood could have been hurt and it was killing our grass. They promised to come back and paint on top of our chimney, but never did and at this point I do not want them to. The drama was more than we bargained for with Elite Pro. Never again will we use Elite Pro and never will we recommend them.

Not good, very responsive at beginning, although I felt contract lacked detail on scope of work as compared to other estimates. Then target week to complete work was pushed back. Finally, work performed was less than average, sloppy and lack of attention to detail. Clean up at end of day 1 was lacking, and when painting front door used lower quality sample paint, versus contract requirement to actually use high quality exterior paint. I will NOT use them again, not a good experience.

I was impressed by him. He was very polite and professional. I need them to paint the trim, power wash, and paint garage. I have not decided if I will use him yet. I will decide what to do once I hear the other bids.

Andy was prompt, professional and courteous when he did my estimate. Communication by email and telephone was timely. I was very satisfied with the prep work done; power washed the areas to be painted, caulked around the windows, and scraped peeled paint. Crew seemed experienced and did a quality job to my satisfaction and was able to get it done before the original estimated date of completion.

The guys were very professional from quote to completing the painting job. They were very helpful with color selection and flexibility of with the schedule. The house looks great and we are very happy with the whole process.

They did a good job. They caulked everything and put on two coats, and the painters were very professional. They hire subcontractors to do the work, and we got a couple of good ones. The price was very competitive. We will continue to use this service again in the future.

I got their information from a news paper. They came and I was impressed. They did an excellent job. They were very professional. They went around the house. They were only $25 higher than most of the companies. I felt comfortable with their professionalism. They did what they said they would do. They had things typed and written down. The responsiveness was highest. I really like what they were all about. I'm really impressed with how they handle things. They got the job done on time. I would use them in the future.

The painting crew did a good job and were very respectful of our property. However, communication with Elite Pro was very bad, and customer service via phone tag was quite unsettling. It took us weeks of calling and leaving messages (which were often unreturned) to schedule the job, and then the painting crew was not here as scheduled (twice!). Although the painters did a good job, communication with them was difficult as well.

They are one of the most professional, dependable and hard working group of guys I've experienced in a long time.
