Marc A. and Martinez, came out for my annual system check on my furnace and AC units. I mentioned to Marc that my tankless hot water was leaking. Marc quickly took a look and accessed the problem. Marc and Martinez left to get part needed to make the repair. The cost was minimal. They went on to the system check and discussed what they found. I was given tier options to repair. They were here about 4 hours. I was worried they get in trouble for the long service. They assured me all is good. This is the best customer service I have ever received. I want to give a shout out to our tech Marc A. Service can be hit or miss and Marc A. is the definition of outstanding customer service. Marc was very thorough in his analysis and explained everything clearly. He cleaned our furnace and reinstalled a humidifier after a thorough cleaning. He went through and explained other elements of HVAC and our home in general to make sure we were set up for success. Marc is the reason we will look to Leslie again for our HVAC needs.

Leslie will try and upsell where they can. Lots of negotiating. On a recent visit for our annual system check, everything checked fine, but they wanted to sell us a surge protector for the furnace even though we have a whole-house surge protector on our panel.

Dan was very knowledgeable and found the root cause of why the burners would not ignite. I had another company come out and all they wanted was to milk as much money from me as much as they can since the boiler was not working.
