I would not recommend them to anyone, call someone else.

Eric S has got to be the best tech there. He is the only one to explain everything throughly and in an easy to understand manner. He is straightforward without ever being pushy or condescending. A company where all techs like him could be the greatest company to ever be established.

Very professional

Got home from work Friday night and discovered there was no heat in the house. Called Leslie Heating & Cooling since they installed the Heating & Furnace system in our home. Answering service answered and informed me that someone will be contacting back. One one called back so 10 am the next day I called again and answering service rep informed me that she would escalate and that someone will call back within 30 minutes. Now it's 5:37 pm and no one has called back. Fortunately, I called another company around 2 pm and got appointment right away and furnace fixed within an hour. What frustrated me the most was I have enrolled in their VIP program and paid a monthly fee and not even gotten a call back even just to say they cannot come out. If they would have told me they were not able to come out, I would have contacted another company right away so our family including 3 your children wouldn't have to sleep in a home without heat for the night. A great big thank you to Perfect Home Services for an awesome and super quick service.

Caring quality service. I called them to have a whole-house fan installed. The wonderful technician, Justin H., could have easily sold me something I didn't need, but he didn't. On the contrary, he explained why the cost of a whole-house fan or ductless air conditioning would outweigh the benefit. He was able to solve my problem and save me money by just servicing my air conditioner. I had used this company before to fix my pool heater and received the same excellent service by one of their other technicians. I am so happy I found them and wouldn't use any other company.
