+ 3 moreI had heard all of the horrible stories of contractors being lazy or started the work and not coming back for days. But I was what a surprise, they were great. Mark Seef one of the owner meet with me in the beginning and went over everything. We then got together one weekend before the work started and picked out most of the material. (I don't drive so he picked me up) His crew were helpful and I would call them every other day to go over the progress and discuss the work done that day. Everyone was courteous, professional and very helpful. I would definitly work with them again and have referred them to a co-worker and a family member.
Description of Work: I have a one bedroom condo about 800 square feet. They took up the carpet in the living room, hallway and bedroom, put down hardwood floor laminate through out (except for the bathroom which was tiled), removed several unnecessay doors, painted the whole unit, provided new kitchen cabinets, counter top, new toliet, vanity and fixtures for both the kitchen & bathroom. I also had an opening done in the wall that separated the kitchen from the living room. (to get more light in te kitchen) The tub was reglazed.

Description of Work: We purchased a vintage LSD co-op that needed extensive remodeling. We interviewed and vetted several contractors and selected Mark Seef and his team based on his firm's experience and references. We are delighted with the results. There were several challenges presented by the age and construction of the building, which were explained and managed professionally. Our designer was equally pleased and said she will recommend them to other clients.

+ 0 moreThe services were completed I two days and the worked very hard. The roof was open and closed up and shingled in on day and they installed the soffit fascia and gutters the next day. Titan cleaned the property spotless and went above our expectations. Five stars to them.

+ 0 moreI called them a number of times and the last time I called them about 2 weeks ago they said they would come by when in the area and they still haven't come by or called as of today. It appears that some of the downspouts were put in the wrong place as well. They came and fixed the problem with my gutters, and so far they seem to be doing better. It seems like everything is okay now after they responded promptly to to my request to get it fixed.
Description of Work: They put some gutters around my porch. Right where they put the gutters up it started leaking in the corners. They sealed the corners and it wasn't long until they started leaking again.

They helped us to decide which projects should be first on the list and also help guide us where to it was necessary to spend money and where it was not necessary to spend. We really appreciated the guidance. The Titan Team was thoughtful and respectful while working on our home.
Description of Work: Titan Builders provided my home with new gutters, soffit and fascia. We also had them re-do the concrete stoop in front of our home. It looks much better! Our next phase was our dated bathroom which Titan gutted and re-designed into a mini spa oasis! The kitchen remodel was the biggest transformation & it looks like it came out of a magazine!

Description of Work: Titan completed several home projects starting in mid 2014 through February of 2014. Most work was excellent (roof, windows, painting, refinishing floors, etc.). I was less impressed by the bathroom remodel. It turned out very nice, but the process to get there was shaky. I felt I overpaid in the end.
