Dan Rattary, who runs the local office, told me of their services and visited my house a couple days later to tell me more and schedule the service.
On the morning of my surgery Dan and Rose, my caregiver, arrived at my house about forty minutes before I was to be at the hospital, introductions were made and I showed them around. Then Rose drove me to the hospital, dropped me off at the entrance and parked the car.
Rose stayed with me while I was being prepped, taking notes when necessary, and watched over my belongings while I was in surgery. She stayed with me while I was in recovery, then released and an hour after driving me home.
I was billed for services performed about a week later and mailed them a check.
