This company engages in deceptive, high pressure sales tactics. I sent an email to their salesperson telling him I wasn't going to give them my business. Over the next several hours the salesperson and sales manager called and texted me numerous times, to the point where I blocked their numbers. The next day they sent an installation crew to my home even though I had never signed a contract. During one conversation with the sales manager, he said something like, "I'm confident you're going to go with us, so I'm going to save a spot on our schedule." I said something like, "That's fine." He wrote on their contract "Approved by Phone" with the date of that conversation despite the fact that I had told him during the same conversation that I was still considering other proposals and hadn't made a final decision.
