I found the office which is located in a small office park in the far west suburbs. The front office staff was very pleasant. They told me it would take about two weeks to get an estimate. The estimate was done within two weeks and the repair was finished one week later. When I got home, all of the repairs were done to my satisfaction; however, I had to return the unit because one of the other speaker outputs did not work. The front office apologized for the inconvenience. They repaired the other speaker output at no additional cost. The turn-around on the second repair was about one week. I recommend using them because they were very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and they were pleasant to deal with. However, I would also recommend that you ask them to test all aspects of the functionality of the unit before you pick it up.

Dropped off the TV, but only had a copy of purchase receipt. Their policy is standard issue purchase receipt or $100 deposit, non-refundable. My receipt was a reprint from the purchase store, but the wrong format and it was not an option for me to return at another time soon due to our schedules (their's and mine). Paid the $100 and returned to store for regular copy. Emailed in to TV shop after scanning. They proceeded to repair under warranty. After diagnosing, I was called with results of failed power circuit. Entire motherboard would need to be replaced and this might take more than 8 weeks due to backlog of parts orders from the factory. About 7 weeks later, I called and it was ready for pick up. Once I got it back home, I inspected the TV prior to setting up again, only to discover they had forgotten to replace 14 of the frame crews. Also, they had left some type of hand dirt smudges on the surrounding frame that have refused to come clean. I did have them mail me the screws for nothing so I could replace them. The set is working fine, at this point (6 weeks later), but it was not the easiest experience and not a customer service friendly experience. Admittedly, they likely have dozens of experiences with people trying to process stolen goods, but the shop's location in the countryside between Batavai and Winfield is remote. I can recommend them, but be aware that this is a very cut and dried operation with very set rules.
