I have never had more courteous and kind service from Cody and Carl, and even from Chris on the phone, which was just the beginning. They were totally thorough, addressed every need, kept my house clean, made it easy, gave a 2 year guarantee on the rodding job, which had required a thorough and deep rodding, gave the guarantee, even though they said that it is likely to come up again in that time, and also gave very fair estimate about a bigger job that will fix the problem, of which they said they would apply the rodding cost towards. It can be miserable dealing with these sorts of issues, and they were very positive and helpful. I couldn't recommend them more.

Aqua Doctor rocks. Chris was able to fit me into his schedule today. He fixed both issues and explained everything. He also provided preventive care and maintenance tips to potentially avoid the issue in the future. Very personable and long-term oriented in his customer philosophy, and pricing was very fair. Wonderful. We were moving into our new home and found the basement flooded. We needed to find a company to waterproof the basement and came across Aqua Dr. They're price was much better than the other companies we found and they're work was phenomenal. Shortly after, we found a gas leak and they came straight over (in between other jobs) to help fix the gas leak. Both times they worked quick, cleaned up very well, extremely friendly and if I had any questions after they finished, Chris was just a phone call away for help. I would definitely hire Aqua Dr again

I called around to get quotes and they had a great price. They were very professional and quick to respond.

Fairly price and trustworthy.

Chris and his two helpers did a great job in diagnosing the problem and finding the most economic and efficient way in fixing the problem. Instead of doing a costly repair of replacing the faucet and pipe, they were able to repair it with a gasket repair kit. I called them late on a Weds. afternoon and they said that they would be there between 7 and 8 the next morning. They came at 7:15 and were focused on fixing the problem and had it fixed within 1 1/2 hours. They had to go to Lowes to get a part but that didn't slow them down.

We were extremely please with Chris. We approached the project with baby steps. After an initial jet & camera of our current drain & floor tile we learned we had a blockage (which is why in heavy rains we were getting water & mud coming up). We then hired him to open a section of concrete to expose the drain tile and fix. This lead to the exposing a serious problem and we went further and had Chris replace the drain tile, add a new sump pump & tie into existing to create a "back up". Although it ended up costing us about $9,000 we are at complete ease knowing our basement is dry now! We will only be calling Aqua Doctor for any of our plumbing issues in the future.

We hired The Aqua Doctor and they did the work. Last Saturday (October 14, 2017) was the rainiest 24 hour period in recorded history and we don't have any moisture or seepage in the basement. We are very happy with the work performed.

We originally had him come out for a consultation because we needed an iron filter. He gave us an estimate for that work, but also discovered that our water softener was old and needed to be replaced as well. His cost estimate was accurate and he was able to come a few weeks later and install/replace in one day. I'm very pleased with the work that he did I would hire him again if I had any other water issues arise.

There was water coming in the basement so we called a plumber first and he said it wasn't anything he could fix. I don't remember who told me to call Aqua Doctors but I did. They came out right away told us the problem and came the next day to fix it. Cody did a great job. No problems since they have been out.

Life is good no complaints

It went pretty well. Although we will see after the some good rain. There was significant leakage into basement. Everything seems to be repaired. The owner of the company seems to be a good dude. Seems to really have the best interests of client at heart. One of his assistants however, rubbed me and a buddy of mine the wrong way. My friend and I met his assistant at different times and came to the same conclusion. You really felt you had to examine everything this guy said since you felt for sure was BS'ing you. That was the only downside of working with Aquadoctor. I would be surprised anyone dealing with his assistant would feel differently.

It is true that unexpected problems bring out the true character of a man making me all the more glad I hired Chris. What seemed like a very simple and straightforward two day job turned into a nightmare due in no part to Chris. I live in a townhouse and back in the 70's when they were built the building codes allowed for electrical service to share the same trench as the sewer lines. This necessitates having Comed energize the power coming into the house. First day seems to be no problem. Comes and turns off the power. A few hours later my neighbor comes over and says his power is also off and he was not happy about it. Turns out that in the 70's builders could also do something called "piggybacking" where the main electric comes into one house (mine) and the next house feeds off of that line instead of having their own single line. Chris calls Comed to turn on the power that evening so my neighbor would not complain and initially they told him it would be a one week wait to turn the power off again. Chris got it narrowed to 3 days. Next time Comed came to turn off the power they were several hours later than promised causing Chris and his crew to be idle at the job site with nothing to do and also causing them to not be able to complete the job without the need to turn the power off once again. This time Comed made us wait a full week. They are the most non customer focused company I have ever dealt with. Throughout this frustrating time Chris kept a good sense of humor and handled both Comed and my neighbor for me. I sincerely believe that other companies would have tried to shift the burden of dealing with Comed and my neighbor to me and tried to charge more because the crew was not able to work or go to a different job site. Chris did no such thing and in fact used the idle time to do some free items such as fully sealing and waterproofing my window wells. When the job was complete he took a video of the repair and gave me a written lifetime warranty on the work he completed.It was only upon completion that he asked for payment. All of the other Angie's List companies I received quotes from wanted a 50% deposit before starting the job. Thank you Chris for a job well done! You will be the one and only plumber I call for future plumbing issues.
