Easy to schedule and obtain estimate. Easy to schedule repairs which were scheduled for an entire day (9:30 - 3:00). Handyman Ken was prompt and polite. Ken did a nice job although I thought the price was a little steep for what was done. Work was a bit sloppy for example, the brushed nickel drain did not match the chrome faucet and visible nail on cabinet trim. I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I should have paid more attention while the work was being done. Ken was very good at making sure everything was in working order before leaving. Overall, I would recommend Ken and Handyman Connection for all those miscellaneous projects, keeping in mind the price is a little high.

Ken showed up when he said he would and gave me an estimate. Came within a few days when I was available and worked steadily all day. Corrected many things that needed to be done right. He is very knowledgeable about electricity, plumbing, tiling, painting and just about anything else that needs to be done. He worked many long days into the night to finish one project before going on to the next. He was great about working around my time schedule and always showed up when he said he would.

He came out promptly when we called him. He was professional and efficient. He did a good job when dealing with our questions and was economical when recommending his solutions to our various problems.

Good job on porch. I purchased the materials and the painter was not specific on paint type. I purchased flat paint for shutters. After reinstalling first floor shutters, it rained that evening and there were run marks. He claimed it was due to the flat paint. I concluded he did not let the paint dry long enough before installing them. I purchased satin finish paint and he painted upper floor shutters but wanted extra to repaint lower shutters. I ended up repainting them myself.

We're quite pleased with the work Handyman Connection did in our home. They were professional, left no mess behind and were reasonably priced. We found them on Angie's List and we would definitely used them again.

Phone contact was good. Worker arrived in a timely manner and as agreed. Mr. Ramos did the repair work in about 2 hrs for the estimate given. Worked constantly without breaks or delays. Very happy with results.

After two phone calls, Art came out to assess the job and give us a price. The price was originally to replace all the walls of the closet with us removing the old plaster and lath. When I went to take out the ceiling, I realized the walls didn't need to be removed, so we just did the ceiling. In the middle of this, I went out of town and my husband, who had been away, took over. This didn't throw Art, who came back and completed the drywall in one afternoon and a short visit the next day. The high humidity made it difficult to get the plaster over the tape to dry, so it took 3 visits by Art's helper to get the closet dry and painted. We set up a fan, and my husband slept in the guest room while this was going on. The length of time wasn't the fault of Handyman Connection, the weather was really, really, humid. The work was completed and is of fine quality. Cleanup was good, though of course I had to dust and vacuum again after the dust settled.

We had a little problem, but they did come back. They did what they said they would do.

Went really well. Dan was on time, was helpful, and did a fantastic job. Only complaint is he left painting till the very end, so I ended up with small dots of paint on my cabinets and floor.

I called and read my list to the secretary. She and I agreed on a date and time several days into the future. About an hour before the time for the appointment, she called and said the worker was delayed. I asked if it could be still later that day and was told no. She offered a time 6 days later, and I said that is not the kind of service I expected based on what I read at Angie's List, and I will find someone else.

Arrived on time, reviewed requested projects, had a professional attitude and appearance, and a complete understanding of the projects. Did the work in an efficient and timely manner, cleaned up after projects.

The workman was polite and professional, and completed the work quickly. The only glitch was that somehow the company had the wrong date for the work. I waited and waited, thinking maybe I had made an afternoon appointment. When it got to be mid-afternoon, I called. They apologized and arranged to have a person come out.

Handymen Connection was the first company I called out of about 5 tradesmen. Dan provided me with a written estimate and was right on with his quote. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would use the company again.

They did a great job, and we are very pleased.

I think they did a very good job. They were prompt with their estimate and with the job and stayed within the price quoted. They were friendly and cleaned up well.

Was contacted the same day I called. Received a second call also the same day that Dan would be over between 9-10 a.m. the next day. Dan arrived at 9:05 a.m. and asked what needed to be done and called the office to get an estimate of the cost. He then left to go and get several parts after seeing what was needed. Returned shortly to start working on the bathroom sink traps, then caulked the tub. He next put the dryer tubing on and then proceeded to the basement to fix the sump pump hose. After taking the old hose off he ran into another problem and needed another part, which he went out to find at the local Menard's, but was unable to find the part so had to leave around 2 p.m. to go to the plumber supply store, which would be closing at 3 p.m. He would have returned the next day, but I was not available so he return the following day and finished the sump pump job and then checked out the neon light and showed me the problem. He told me to call the electrician.

I checked Angie's List for siding repair folks. Most siding companies don't repair, they only install new. Under siding category though I found ''The Handyman Connection'' who said they do siding repairs. I called and the person I talked to was very polite. He said they would send an experienced person out for a free estimate. It was several days before I got a call back but someone came out within an hour of the call. He said he could do it right then or he could come back the next day. We agreed on the next day and he had the whole thing done in less than a half hour of his arrival. The price did seem a little high to me considering we were suppling the siding, but I was just glad to get it done.

We've been very happy with Barry's work. He's prompt, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. He's even pointed out a few other things around our house and given us tips about them. We believe that the prices charged are very reasonable, and we would definitely call this company again for any future handyman jobs.

The electrician walked away with my screwdriver. It's no big deal, but I do want it back. The company has promised to return it, so we'll see. They say they charge by the job; it could have been more, but the microwave could have been fixed, too. They focused the "job" of fixing my breaker, not the "job" of fixing the microwave. Cost here excludes small charge for parts.

DAVID WALKER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. SO MUCH SO, THAT I AM TAKING THE TIME TO REPORT IT.

KEN WAS RESPONSIVE AND CAME BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE THAT THE WORK WAS DONE. THE CHARGES WERE REASONABLE; HE WAS FRIENDLY AND QUICK.

THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE ROOFING REPAIR, AND THEY ENDED UP RE-SEATING OUR COUNTERTOP AT NO CHARGE BECAUSE THEY WERENT ABLE TO DO THE SOFFIT & FASCIA WORK THAT WE NEEDED. THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THE FELLOWS THAT CAME OUT WERE REALLY GREAT - A FATHER AND SON TEAM.
