 + -1 moreBrad diagnosed my problem as a failed hard drive. Unfortunatly, he was unable to repair my Toshiba laptop but was able to rescue all my data and favorites, and most of my applications, while I shopped for a new laptop. He applied his fee to setting up my new laptop and installing security and virus protection. Not happy about some changes with new laptop (opens my email slower than old laptop), but I can't blame Brad for that. Impressed with Brad's responsiveness and dedication to get be back online and productive quickly. Seemed to be a better price than any of the retail company geek squads.
