Supervisor not personable not willing to take directives or responsibility for quality of work. Got in my Jacuzzi tub with their snow boots on to lean dirty buckets in tub to clean instead of shower. They were told to keep shoes on

Description of Work: Debbie, Brandy, and Krystal all came very promptly yesterday and did an excellent job cleaning my house yesterday! They were delightful, cheerful, and thorough, and my house was sparkling when they were done! They scrubbed my kitchen - floors, fan, cupboards, counters, and my shower, which was in dire need of a good cleaning, was gleaming when they were done! I can't thank them enough and it's so nice to have such a clean house! Thank you so much, Debbie, Brandy, and Krystal! You were outstanding!

Description of Work: Complete cleaning of two bedroom condo/dusted all walls/vacuumed all floors/cleaned all electrical light fixtures & ceiling fans/dusted all furniture/washed kitchen cupboard fronts/wiped out electric stove oven (oven had been continuously cleaned the day before) pulled out both stove and refrigerator to clean backs and floor under/washed kitchen floor and foyer floor.

Description of Work: We set up a date for an initial interview on June 28. The owner appeared at my door on June 21. I went through with the interview, even though I had not done any of the de-cluttering I planned before the date. She gave me a reasonable plan and set up the date of June 25 at 8:30 a.m. for an initial "deep cleaning". When noone arrived by 9:00, I called to learn that the owner had had a meeting with her staff and delayed them, so they were on their way. The crew arrived at 9:25 and started immediately. The workers were pleasant and seemed industrious. They started on my second floor which has little furniture, but 2 bathrooms that needed some TLC.

Description of Work: Vacuumed all carpets and hardwood floors, scrubbed kitchen and bathroom floors, worked outside kitchen cabinets, scrubbed hallway and one bedroom floor, dusted all room and cleaned showers.

Description of Work: I have a large ranch home with lots of windows, this company did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The price was fair as the did the outside as well as the inside windows. They even cleaned the base of the window frame. Great job, I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Description of Work: Home Cleaning Centers of America perform hosecleaning duties at our home every 2 weeks. They arrive at noon as promised and clean all floors including kitchen,living room, all 3 bathrooms, and hallways. They vacuum carpets in bedrooms and family room. They clean all sinks, toilets, counter tops, and all tables and chairs. They also dust tables and lamps. They are very efficient and clean. The 3 person crew completes all work in approximately 1 hour. I would highly recommend Pam and her staff.

Description of Work: I have used Home Cleaning Centers of America off and on over the last few years and have always been pleased with the way my home has been cleaned by them. This company sends in a crew of 3 people and they start to work as soon as they arrive at my house, each starts in different area, bathroom, bedrooms, family room, etc. They do the ceiling fans, tops of doors, base boards, top of refrigerator and entertainment center. They are all in uniform and very pleasant when I see them. I work durning the day and have given them a key to my home so they can come in while I am at work. The owners showed me their system of keeping track of my keys and I trust them a great deal. One time they broke something small and instead of covering it up they left me a little note about the object and I thought that was a nice touch, I'd rather know up front instead of finding it broken and wondering how it broke. I have recommended this company to both family and friends and they are pleased with their service as well. In this economy there are a lot of "cleaning ladies" that leave information in my mail box and I would never make the switch away from HCCA to one of these companies, HCCA has insuracne and thats very inportant to me as a home owner.

Description of Work: CLEAN KITCHEN SINK, STOVE, WASH FLOORS, CLEAN ALL THE BATHROOMS INCLUDING HAND WASH THE FLOORS, WIPE OFF ALL WINDOW BLINDS IN EVERY ROOM, DUST EVERYTHING INCUDING DRESSERS AND ALL PICTURE FRAMES, THEY MAKE BEDS AND EVEN WASH DISHES, TAKE OUT ALL TRASH. AND IF YOU LEAVE A NOTE ABOUT SOEMTHING EXTRA SPECIAL YOU'D LIKE DONE, THEY WILL DO IT.
