I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! The project was to install gutters, gutter screens, and downspouts on a new home on 6/24/21. The installers finally showed up at around 4 PM. They did not complete the job until 6/25/21. The installers were unprofessional (workers fighting on the Jobsite). They did not have sufficient materials for the job, and poor workmanship. After an equipment malfunction, they did not have enough metal to form one section of guttering. They used a damaged piece to complete the job! I contacted the salesman with complaints and photos of issues. A rep from the company called and said they would send a crew to correct problems on 7/14/21. No further contact from them and their crew did not show up. I will correct the issues myself. Why pay a professional to do a job that I have to correct myself?!?

The first company I went with gave me an estimate of $7000. I decided to call All American and they gave me a great price and also did an awesome job. I actually paid $3165 to install gutters by the other company and it was not a good job. They only did the back of the house for that price. To be correct, they did clean and seal the gutters. After they left, there was no way I can pay an additional $4000. At that point I called All American to get an estimate and they quoted $2394 for the whole house. They were able to fix all the bad work and re do my gutters for the entire house.

I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy. This company is honest, thorough, and management is committed to excellence.
