All American Gutter Protection

We hired them because they have a good product and a good price. However... they were also hired to replace facia and that did not go well. The facia is attached to the roof and rather than inform us of the complications- a portion of the roof must be removed to replace the facia- the works broke a piece of the facia off and Ben the flashing up in another location on our home. Now a big project that we may have been able to avoid for another year or two until it could be budgeted is an immediate need. I just wish that the crew had stopped as soon as the facia did not come off easily. I also am dissatisfied that Ian did not at least send someone back to bend the flashing back into place. I continue to hope that all can be resolved.

Great product and service. Due to the unique nature of our copper gutters, the gutter guards required some special parts and took a few days longer than anticipated. These guys were very honest and explained the issue and kept their word. Due to the esthetic nature of our gutters, they went out of their way to make sure the gutter guard color matched with the copper and the color of the eves of our home. Communication was great...which can be rare with contractors. The job was on our lake house on Lake Erie and we are not there full-time. Nevertheless, they didn't make me pay a cent until I personally inspected the job which was a week or so after they finished. Impressive, these days. I hope not to contact All American Gutter Protection for any warranty issues but if I need to, I am confident they will stand by their work. Thank You!!

Excellent product. We had a bad storm right after the gutter covers were installed and not one drop came over the gutters.
