Description of Work: I called this company and talked to who I assume is the owner and explained what I needed done. I was told he would look at his schedule and get back to me which he never did after waiting over a week for the phone call. I did not call him back because I needed the job done so went with another company from a different website that helps you find people for jobs that you need to have done around your home.

He was very personal and professional in his demeanor, as well as understanding and respectful of life issues of the homeowner. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his services.
Description of Work: Bill was contacted to provide an estimate to remodel two existing bathrooms (circa 1976). This work entailed removal of all existing fixtures (vanities, tub, shower, toilets, vents, medicine cabinet/mirror); removal of both the wall and floor tiles; and removal of sections of the drywall, which was either patched or replaced with the correct material, needed for wall stability (i.e. proper use of cement board behind wall tile).

He did not replace things unnecessarily, & always pointed out the least expensive way to fix each problem. Bill was thorough, & he displays a lot of "handyman" skill. We will definitely utilize him in the future.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 shower heads, replaced shower handle, installed timer for exterior light, replace broken & leaking hand-held for kitchen sink, repaired & secured through tile floor a laundry sink, fixed 2 loose stoppers in bathroom sinks, cleaned fan motor in bathroom. Jobs took approx. 5 hrs.

 + 1 moreWe noticed the water damage around the porch and garage start to get worse after heavy rain fall in May. Bill was prompt in calling us back to set up estimates on all work that needed to be done. One of the best things that I appreciated was that Bill wanted to make sure that any work he did would fix the design and construction flaws that occurred so that we wouldn't have any more water damage after he was done. Bill was very personal and punctual and we were extremely pleased to have worked with him and would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Repair water damage to garage wall at top of door frame and replace bases of porch posts.
