Prompt response. Came out right away for the estimate. I was relieved at the price which was quite reasonable. The work looks very well done. If you need brickwork I highly recommend Royal Construction.

Royal Construction was a pleasure to work with. The initial meeting with Stan the owner/salesman was straightforward. He was easy to talk to and was very flexible. Once we decided to sign the contract, out timing was held up due to new windows being delayed. Stan told us not to worry, and as soon as your windows are installed we can get started. Thus took about a month and a half. Once I contacted Stan he was able to start the job the following week. That’s when George and his crew came to start the tear- off of the old siding. Every concern I had was taken care of by Them. They where patient and professional. The finished product speaks for itself. My wife and I are Extremely pleased with every aspect of Royal Construction. Stan told us from the beginning “I am not happy until the job is done and you’re happy”. Well needless to say we are very happy and pleased, five stars all day long

Stan's company Royal was reliable, clean, professional, courteous, and loyal. They came the day they said they were coming. They finished on time. This wasn't the only company I had called. I spent over a month looking for a reliable company to tuckpoint our front at an affordable price. Royal fit that bill. I would recommend them to anyone. Those 285 reviews are true! Stan runs a good reliable company.

I needed the front of my building tuck pointed, the upper half is brick, lower section is limestone so I wanted it done in particular way with colored mortar. Stan assured me it would be and that I would be happy. Jose and his crew exceeded my expectations. I have gotten complements from neighbors on how good it looks, and I couldn't be happier.

Stan communicated well. Fit into schedule a siding repair job in between other jobs. Matched 18 year old siding perfect. Also his foreman George was very helpful and courteous when small changes were requested. They also did a couple small construction needs due to new patio that poured.

Stan is a real down to earth guy. He made a promise regarding the project and kept his word. He said the project would begin within two weeks and it began in 8 days. He said it might take two days to complete and they were done in a day. No added fees and he called to make sure I was completely satisfied about the project.

Stan has been doing this for a long time and his crew does an amazing job. I would hire them again in a minute. Great work! The soffits and fascia they installed look fantastic. Work was performed in a timely manner and to my surprise, they continued to work thru the rain.

I work 6 days a week and Stan was nice enough to come out on a sunday to talk to me. I showed him the area of concern and he offered to look at the whole house to see if any other areas needed attention. I appreciated that.

Hired them for tuck pointing my weeping mortar full brick house. Stan the owner, a Von Steuben alum, could not have been more pleasant. Proposal given on the spot with no pressure. Promised that the job is not done 'til i'm happy. That is true. Workers were pleasant, prompt and knowledgeable. A project that goes from start to finish with no anxiety is a rare thing!

Royal Construction was hired based on its high reviews. My experience with them was 5 star from beginning to end. I needed tuckpointing and a chimney repair. Everything they said they would do they did in the time frame they promised. Stan, the owner, was a dream to work with. He always answered the phone and spent considerable time informing us what we needed and gave us a fair price. I have already rehired Royal to replace a roof. For that job, Stan beat the lowest bid of many bids I had received and I have full faith it will go as seamlessly as the tuckpointing job.

Great work and great people to deal with. Had a Chimney fixed and front of the house tuckpointed and got a pretty good deal for it too. Already hired them again.

The work was terrible. A lot of promises. Read your contract before you sign it.

Royal Construction came to give me an estimate and finished the job to my satisfaction. I loved how they do work and the end result of my tuck-pointing project! It was perfect! I would use them again and highly recommend this company.

Mr Projansky has done multiple projects for me. Each time the response, the estimate and the scheduling was fast and easy. The services provided were as described. This man is a true professional and knows his stuff. He is honest and reliable, as we say in Texas, “ not his first rodeo”! Also not mine, a home is an on going maintenance issue, and no one can expect miracles but Stan is as close to a miracle worker that there is!

I have had many contractors come out to give me quotes but no one has impressed me as much as Royal Construction with their professionalism and with their quality of work. Stan, the owner was prompt and efficient with quoting me a price. When the time came to do the job, the highly professional tuck pointers did their work with such efficiency. I must add that they also were extremely tidy which is something of a rarity in that line of work. I would recommend them to all. I most definitely will be looking to them for future work as I was excited to find out that they do so much more other construction type jobs. Thank you, Royal Construction!

They worked on this problem a year ago. Not only did the problem not get resolved, their service was horrible.

Stan was great, and his price saved me $6000. The work was done quickly and perfectly. They left the site cleaner than they found it.

Job was incomplete and has not lasted a year.

The job entailed keeping squirrels out of my attic. Stan represented his company as experts. The squirrels removed an aluminum panel Royal installed within 20 days and invaded my attic again. That happened last fall. Over the winter I trapped over a dozen squirrels that came in through the opening. This was the very problem that I hired Royal to fix. When Stan agreed to do the job, he said it was too small and got me to agree to let Royal tuckpoint part of the house for twice the amount of the squirrel deal. This they did do, and as far as I can tell, they did it satisfactorily. However, in my attempt to get the squirrel problem fixed, they agreed to come out and make it good. Stan blew off two appointments. George blew off one. Norman did come out and pointed out the gaping hole in their work to me. Norman said he would be back a week later, but did not show. These blown appointments spanned a ten month period starting last October. Today Stan yelled over the phone, "I can't help what the squirrels do!" Quite a change from representing himself as an expert at keeping them out.
