Family owned and operated, the Computer Room has been servicing customers since 2004. We provided on-site services before operating the retail store since 1996.

"I'm sorry [member name removed]. I haven't been able to do any on-sites this summer due to my work load in-store. (Having my daughter out of school limits my flexibility in the summer.) While I will perform on-site home services when I can, I do not advertise that as a regular service. (If you've seen otherwise, please let me know so I can remedy that!) I schedule almost exclusively via email ([email protected]) and I don't see any tickets for you. I did miss some calls this summer and that is entirely my fault and I apologize if that affected you. If I can have an opportunity to make you happier in the future, please email [email protected] if at all possible or come in-store."

PS. Extra kudos for their telling my children that mommy's new laptop is only for work, and it isn't capable of Youtube videos or games. I work from home with kids all around, and Brian convincing my oldest that YouTube doesn't work on this machine has saved me so much time.
