URBAN SEALCOATING/LAWN MAINTENANCE

This company has been working for us for 2-3 years. Started out great with owner doing all the work himself. About 6 months later, the owner added additional staff who did not do work properly at all. Damage to 4x4 car on driveway (including the owner moving one of our 2 motorcycles and pushing it in front of the car leaving about ($100-200.00 of damage). Siding damaged on numerous areas of house. Work was done sloppy and incomplete. About mid July of this year we called and told him to put us on hold for 2 weeks during the beginning of August because driveway was being ripped out. We told him he could cut front of lawn so that the village would not give us a citation. Since that original call to the owner we have heard nothing. We called every day, VM was either full or not answering. It has been about 8 weeks there has been no correspondence or phone call. Last bill is being held for payment.
