We welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers. We are a licensed broker and a licensed motor carrier as stated on our website. In the event that our carrier division is not operating your route, we will assign your vehicle to one of our carriers in our network. Our Compliance Team makes sure that all of our carriers have the valid insurance and active permits needed prior to assigning any vehicle to them. We also offer mediation assistance should you encounter any issues with the carrier. The typical transit time for this route is 7-9 days from pickup. Your vehicle was picked up 12/14 and delivered 12/24 in CA. Travel time can vary for any number of reasons, many beyond the trucker themselves control. We allow up to a couple days of leniency due to this. Montway most certainly apologizes for the inconveniences. We care about our customers and try to provide the best service possible. "We regret to learn of the shipper's dissatisfaction with the service they received. After further review of this order, the shipper's/designate's signature is applied at delivery, without damages notated in the presence of the driver. A signature was applied directly below a statement indicating, "The Customer/Consignee hereby acknowledges and represents that he or she has received this vehicle in the same condition as it had previously been delivered to the Transporter except as noted above and hereby released the Broker and Transporter from any claims for damage to the Vehicle." Secondly, the damage was reported after delivery - The vehicle has been out of the carrier's possession and it cannot be determined whether the damage found is attributed to transport as the vehicle was documented to have been received in good condition without any damages found. We definitely apologize for your experience; however, Montway does not makeup industry rules as we are governed by USDOT regulation. By way of Federal Law via the Carmack Amendment to the Interstate Commerce act, terms of transport, including damages, are dictated; therefore we have no control over that aspect. We understand that shipping a vehicle is not common for most, so we understand the reviewer's frustrations and apologize for any inconveniences they experienced."

We do ask for 1 to [Member Information Removed] business day pickup window from the first available date. This information is provided at the time of booking, listed on our website and all email communications.We understand that most of our customers have time restraints and although we do our very best to make accommodations we cannot guarantee dates. Unfortunately, we can not control the different factors they may encounter during transit. Records show your order was created on 3/30/17 with a first available date of 6/9/17.We understand that you booked your order in advance but carriers do not schedule vehicles that far ahead as they can not predict what will happen along the way per the many factors causing delays( traffic delays/detours, weather delays, mandatory rest stops, weight station check-ups, truck breakdowns, driver's health issues, etc). Placing an order weeks ahead of time may seem helpful, however in the auto transport industry, schedules are not pre-made that far in advance, as availability fluctuates daily, as well as pricing. On 6/16/17(6th business day) you were assigned a carrier company and were informed of the estimated pick up and delivery dates. In the event, a customer is not available to release or accept their vehicle we do request you to find a designated person at least 18 years of age to take your place. In regards to the door to door, we do apologize as carrier trucks are enormous drivers do the best they can to get as close to your home as he can legally and safely get. Many cities have restrictions on large trucks that prohibit them from driving into some residential areas. Further information about our door to door policy can be found on our website. We ask that every customer and/or potential customer please take the time and review all information on our website to ensure they completely understand our terms prior to booking. We have shared your review with the assigned carrier company as well as our staff. "Hello, We do apologize but we are unable to find a transport that was completed on 6/23/2017. We did, however, find your auto transport that was completed on 02/02/2017. After our team reviewed your order it seems that we were never contacted by you to make us aware that there was an issue with the transport. We are terribly sorry to hear of this, and we thank you for informing us of the damage. Damage is not common and we are sorry to learn that you encountered this several months ago. We have an in-house Claims department that provides assistance. As well as detailed steps and documentation for filing a formal insurance claim. We ask that the customer contact us directly for further questions/concerns, Thank you."
