The salespeople return my calls promptly. They take their time to explain their services and options. The installers and cleaners are on time and polite. I have used them several times and have never been disapointed in their service or products. I plan on using them again in the future.

They were very professional from the very start. The guy that came out couldn't have been more pleasant or more efficient and he did a great job!

Arrived on time, assessed the home with me, took measurements and gave me an updated quote. Completed the cleaning in less than 90 minutes. Deodorized the home as well.

Overall, the experience went well. They showed up on time, did what they were supposed to do, and were reasonably-priced. They did a good job overall.

The company called the day before to confirm the appointment, and the technician arrived near the front end of the three hour time window. He laid paper to walk on and corner protectors for the hoses, then set up his equipment. After explaining the process, and asking some questions about the possible origins of a few spots, he cleaned the carpeting very well. He picked up all the paper runners and left some new ones where appropriate for movers coming in two days. We are very happy with the results.

I have used Mr. Natural for years and as usual their service is always the best. They have cleaned my carpets, air ducts and area rugs for well over 30 years. I don't see them as much lately as I now have wood floors in most of my home but when I need cleaning, I call them.

Got several bids for this. Some other companies were higher in price but offered an established reputation due to their retail store. Then, there was a quote from an individual who was a friend of the man who cleaned our building. That quote was lower priced but the carpet was a little cheaper. I went with Mister Natural who our property manager, Jackie from Capstone Management, found for us. The experience was great. They completed the job on time. Their installation was good. Their employees were polite, professional, and respectful. I'm writing this review almost 3 years since the work was done. The carpet is holding up pretty well. We've had Mister Natural back to our building for cleaning the same carpet. They do good work cleaning carpet too.

Wow, from the initial phone call to schedule the services to the actual performance, these folks are friendly, professional, efficient and did very good work. My tenants had left the carpet with terrible traffic area stains and dirt, all came up well. The ducts included the air ducts and the dryer vents...and they also cleaned the area behind the dryer. They were professional and reviewed the work to be done before starting, used a box setup and tested both well...they have detailed findings on the reciept and showed us everything. The vent covers were also wiped down and cleaned. Good discount for paying up front for both services. They returned in the afternoon and cleaned the carpeting, getting out some unknoen stains from the renters and doing a great job.They left us know the drying time and the price was very reasonable. This team did great work and I would not hesitate to have them back again. We got discounts for both Angies List and for paying in full with a check and we are repeat customers. Great job! I am having them come and clean the vents in my full time residence next!

I have used Professinal Plumbing for over 5 years. While they are more expensive, they use the best sump equipment, perform the work quickly and correctly and are very good at quick scheduling.

They were very good. They came in, and did a very good job. They were neat about everything. We have used them before. Next year when we need to have our carpets cleaned again, we will call them back.

The team arrived on time; brought to my attention certain stains; also brought to my attention the progress they were making. Overall I was very pleased with their service and the results. I have used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

Adam and Nate arrived on time, measured and gave me a price before any work was started. The price was very close to the estimate that was given over the phone. I agreed to have the carpets cleaned. Adam asked if there were any areas of concern. I showed Adam and Nate some stains I hope could be removed. They began the cleaning and did a great job. The stains were gone-- the carpet looked great. They were very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the job and with Adam and Nate.

The recpetionist was very helpful and courteous and was very knowledgeable about what I needed. She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and I received a quote right then and there. My appointment was set up the next day with a time between 9-12pm and I recieved a call when they were on their way. The gentelemen showed up in full uniform with picture I.D. tags. They explained the process before and during the cleaning of my vents and airducts. They were very pleasent. I was very pleased with the service and the price! Will use again!

It went very well. I contacted the office because the closet in the master bedroom was not cleaned. The man I spoke with was able to get them to come right back out. It was a good experience.

I think they did a great job. I think the price was good. I checked a few other places.

This is my second time using them. From what I can tell, they have very reasonable prices. They don't upcharge you for preconditioning, but do for deodorizer. I don't know that I'd bother with it next time. I think for the price (around $30 for the room), I'm thinking the steam clean should be good enough, but wanted to give it a shot. Anyway, they gave me a window of time they would get to my place (9-12) and gave me a call around 9:45 to let me know they'd be there around 10. They cleaned the bedrooms first, then the loveseat/sofa, and finally the stairs. They spent close to 2 hours, so I think they definitely did a good job. Like I said, I used them 2 years ago, and I'll continue to use them. They do give you discounts based on doing more work (the more you do, the more you save). I highly recommend Mister Natural.

Two gentlemen did the job and both were friendly and professional. They got right to work upon their arrival. One gentleman was fairly chatty and I felt like he was trying to sell me other services. Instructions were provided to me such as how long it would take the carpet to dry, etc. The final price was what had been quoted.

We went into the store to look at some laminate flooring and we found a couple of things we liked. Within the next day or two, the guy came and did the measurements and Gary was the guy that came and put the floor in and it took him a day and a half. We are very pleased. Their price was unbeatable, they were knowledgeable and guy we talked to in the store and that came out and took the measurements knew everything about the different floors and he was very honest. They also do furniture and carpet cleaning.

They are highly recommended. They were respectful of my home. They were neat and clean. They were on time. They wore shoe booties in the house after they cleaned the carpet. The two gentlemen that came were outstanding.

My initial call was answered quickly. All my questions were answered completely, and the person at Mister Natural asked questions to determine an estimated cost. The appointment was made, a reminder call was made to me the day before, and the carpet cleaner was at my door on time. The work was done very well. The carpet cleaner did not rush, he took his time working on spots and areas that were exceptionally soiled. I added the chair cleaning and the Scotch Guard at the time of service. When it was time to clean the chairs, he determined that hot water would not be good for the fabric and opted for the dry cleaning process. The chairs cleaned up very well, I was very pleased with the results on the recliner, which was really soiled on the arms and foot rest. The young man who did the work was very friendly and explained what he was doing. I would happily use this company again.
