Technician Tom came out after we had problems with one of our garage doors, due to a deep freeze. Tom, was extremely professional and helpful. He pointed out a water problem from the gutters that was allowing doors to be frozen shut when a thaw then freeze occurred. His demeanor was that of someone truly wanting to be helpful, not just a job and wanting to be done with the task. I will use this company again and hope more of Angies list professionals are like this service provider. Thanks again Aladdin and Tom!

Our garage door would not open or close. It turned out to be a broken gear box. Aladdin Doors responded same day and was very accommodating when I had to reschedule due to last minute work conflict. Tom was the technician who arrived. He was very professional and expedient. He even gave pointers as to how to maintain our 20 yr old garage door. This is our 2nd time using Aladdin (1st was former Action Doors) and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have a custom house, which has a custom garage door opener. It needed to be replaced and they were able to give me another option and it solved my problem. They were out here the next day and put it in. Then I had the door go and I called on a Saturday afternoon. Within an hour and a half, they had a guy here fixing my door.

When our garage door would not open all the way we called Aladdin. The service was excellent from start to finish to replace our old, worn out garage door opener. Their very pleasant representative came the same day promptly at the time of our appointment. He explained what was wrong and what our options were for a replacement opener. Absolutely fine. They showed up promptly on Memorial Day weekend and left the stuck door like new.

Sam was installer. Came out once to access condition of old opener. Compared price to a competitor and Aladdin was about $100 less. So had them do the work. Arrived on time and did neat timely job. I would hire again or recommend to a friend.

Service was great called at 4 in the afternoon and by 5:00 Juan showed up. Juan Looked at the problem and gave me the price to make repairs. He was very professional and quick with in 45 minutes the Job was done.

They were very nice and very good. They were very prompt. Their price is reasonable.

I thought it was a bit pricey but we needed it done and it was a cold Saturday so we had it done. The unit he installed is a good one so we were satisfied.

Aladdin doors replaced the garage door to my two car garage. They explained and showed me how the old door could not be repaired, had the new door in stock and set up a fast installation that was quicker than expected. They are an excellent vendor and service provider.

Called them and they were very professional. They came right away and on time. Even called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. Cost was reasonable for 2 springs and overall a great experience.

The men arrived exactly when they said they would. This company had installed the garage door opener in April but it was failing sporadically sometimes not going up or sometimes not going down. When I described the problem they immediately knew the solution and fixed it. They were finished within a half hour and did not charge me.

Called them first thing in the morning, scheduled an appointment same day at noon. They showed up on time, were very profesional. The whole repair took abot 30-40 min. They also explained how everything works and what needed to be replaced. Price seemed reasonable.

Called Friday night. Fixed by 11:00am Saturday morning. No extra charge for Saturday service. Mike was polite, efficient, and explained everything. Recommended!

One of the springs on the garage door broke and it being under warranty for a few days still, I called for a repair. The spring would have been free, but you would have to pay for the service call. I had called on a sunday and the person who took the call said the repair person would be there between 8 and 10am on Monday. At about 9:50am on Monday, there was still nobody at my home, so I called and they said it was marked 9am to 11am. Although I was not happy about this, I waited. When the service person came, he was extremely nice and told me of a coupon that I could use to save some money. He told me my options and decided to go with 2 new springs with the better warranty. Not only did he lube the door, he showed me how to do it and left me with a brand new can for future use. He was very quick and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their garage door replaced or repaired.

Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and performed all work in an excellent manner at a very reasonable cost.

Service provider arrived promptly, evaluated the problem and explained the solution to me. Fortunately, it was a simple fix and taken care of quickly.

After working with COSTCO for pricing/consultation, we were unhappy, and decided to check into a local service provider (referred by Angies List). The people we chose were quick to respond. Two companies sent a senior person from their business. ACTION DOOR did the best job at providing an indepth analysis and discussion of our needs. While we did not know this company, we did respect the info we obtained from Angie's List and the info provided by Action Doors. The pricing was not as low as the same product from COSTCO, but Action Doors was competitive (they wanted our business and worked with us). They were much more knowledgable, and they were local. Their follow up and detail provided was excellent, excellent enough for us to choose AD for our major investment. The installation was scheduled conveniently for us, about 3 weeks after we made our decision. The installation was done on time, smoothly, efficiently and with knowledge of what they were doing. AD used a two man crew that included the same senior person (Alan) who had done the cost consultation. The installation took about 6-7 hours (three car garage). When they finished the garage was neat and clean. Everything seemed to work fine. Within a day we developed a very disturbing screech as the double door opened. We called AD for follow up. While there were several calls and visits between AD and Amarr, both companies stood by their work/product and corrected what turned out to be one of those hard to identify source, but easy to fix. I waited 6 months to write this review, because I wanted to ensure that we were happy customers. WE ARE. The doors are beautiful and work perfectly. We would work with them again anytime.

Garage door had been getting noisier and finally the rollers came off the track, preventing the door from operating at all. We called Action on a Sunday morning and they were able to send a repairman that afternoon. He showed us the reason for the problem, that the door had not been properly installed (by a different company) and when repairs had been made (also by a different company) they apparently did not use quality rollers, all of which caused the problems we were having and which prevented the door from closing. Action's repairman explained to us how he would do his best to remedy the problems so that the door would work properly. He replaced all rollers with better quality than we had previously and made changes to the bracket holding the spring above the door. Even tho they came on a Sunday, their service charge was less than what we paid for a prior repair. It's hard to know which company in the past was really to blame, but it seemed that Action was being very upfront with us about how to fix the problem. The door is amazingly quiet now - we had no idea things had gotten so bad - so we are very pleased with Action.

Very Good. We would use them again.

Called early on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. I tried several closer companies first but they were either closed until the following Tuesday or wanted 2X to 3X for labor for 24 hours service because of the holiday weekend. They gave me a 2 hour window mid-day and the repair person was right on time as promised, He measured the broken spring, replaced it with the new one, lubricated all the hinges, and was in and out in just over a half hour - I couldn't have asked for anything faster or more professional for the service performed. I would not hesitate to call them again, even though they are not the closest alternative to my home.

Our 20 year old garage door opener needed to be replaced. I found Action Doors on Angie's List and decided to try them based on the good reviews. They were TERRIFIC! They gave me a reliable quote over the phone, arrived promptly for the appointment, and completed the installation quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Great price, too!

They came out and fixed it the same day.
