Went very well. Dropped my computer off first thing on Tuesday morning and it was ready to pick up Wednesday morning.
So far it is purring like a kitten.

I removed an outdated security suite from my laptop and installed a new security suite. During the installation of the new security suite my laptop Windows operating system crashed. When I attempted a system recovery the problem grew worse. Neither my keyboard nor mouse pad would function. The only keyboard control I had was when I would enter system setup, but I was unable to boot the system to a normal start up.
I called the company to check operating hours and to verify availability of a tech to address the problem. I dropped the laptop off at the store late afternoon leaving a description of the problem. 24 hours later I picked up my laptop to find that the tech had unlocked the operating system, completed a proper installation of the security suite, restored my programs and functions. It was in perfect operating order with no loss of data or functionality.
The price was fair and the work outstanding. I recommend PC Tech 2U and will definitely use them again.

I saw the owner (Robert) of PC Tech 2U on a local television interview related to new businesses in our community. I liked what I saw and heard and called for an appointment on July 25th, 2012. After explaining my PC issues I was scheduled for service at 9:00 a.m. the next day. David arrived on time; was very pleasant and we went to the computer room. I sat with him while he reviewed my system and then he attempted to install my new printer. It would not install. He went online for information on my products. Eventually he determined that the MSI was constantly failing so asked to take the unit back to the shop. He said he was sure it was fixable and he would return the next day and we would be successful. The next day they called to advise me it was fixed and schedule a return visit. He arrive on time, set the unit back up - installed the printer successfully and ran through some print tests to make sure it all worked.
He also advised me that because they had to copy my files back to the PC I might have to reset some of my customized icons, tool bars and shortcuts. I wrote a check and he processed it on his iPhone and e-mailed me an invoice/receipt before he left. Paperwork done!
I have been able to use my PC and printer successfully without issue. About a month later, August 22nd, 2012, I called for a followup visit with some software questions and David returned to spend an hour with me just answering questions and showing me the in and out of a few of my programs and simplfied access to files. That was like having a private tutor. He covered my list of questions and it cost me $65.00 for a personal consultation. I loved it. I posted PC Tech 2U on my Facebook account and mailed their business cards to my family and friends. Great people! Great Service!
