Window Service
He, (Mr. "Z" as he likes to be called) was willing to only change for replacement of the glass and to repair the ones which needed minor repair. He suggested all new windows, but I only purchased one new one and we repaired the rest. He didn't pressure to sell me all new windows, whatsoever. His phone number rings to a cell he carries with him at all times, so I never had problem reaching him. He arrived promptly when he said he would, but had to come back a few times when he found a few pieces of ordered glass were the wrong size. He repaired the broken window quickly, but had to reschedule with me a few times for the windows which had broken seal. I was OK with this as there was no urgency and he was accommodating to working late after I got home from work (usually about 6:00pm). Overall, positive experience and would recommend him to anyone.
