Serrano and Son's Landscaping

I requested the company to aerate my from and back lawn, and they completed just parts of it here and there. Then they charged me too much for the small work done by my bushes and added red bricks. I agreed to the price anyway, but I sure was not happy about it afterward! My suggestion, shop around and get at least 3-4 quotes before you decide on a landscaper! There are way too many of them out there so do not overpay!

Their scheduling is inconsistent but they do terrific work and their prices are terrific.

Sloppy trimming - leave leaves, etc., all around. The do show up time every week to mow - I think they need to take better care of their equipment - the mowing blades need to be sharpened

They did a nice job and they came a day early.

Cordial, prompt, left some uneven branches on lower bushes. Edging was good but not quite straight line. Extremely hot weather I am sure contributed to haste to get the job done. I would give them another try for sure.

Fulfilled items neede done in a timely manner. Very polite & worth what I paid for what was needed.

They trimmed the bushes and trees but didn't clean-up well afterwards, leaving leafs behind.

Yard work was reviewed at time of completion, discussion was had about areas that needed additional clean up for the service, to keep me coming back. Payment was made and the group never came back or called me to finish the items discussed for the remainder of the servicing.

They replied to my request very promptly and came the same day for an estimate. They scheduled the work for the next day which was great. I hired them to continue to cut my grass for the Sumer. They hauled everything away and the yard looks great.

They were very efficient and professional. Great end result. Very helpful. I would absolutely use them again!

I was charged $700 for spring cleaning and they did a very bad job and not the way we agreed. Areas that need to be cultivated and seeded was only covered by peat moss. After two days of rain, all peat moss has disappeared and then I saw that they did not do anything at all except they just covered everything with peat moss. Now I am thinking to press charges if they do not fix.

Jose and his father, Jose, were great when they came to take a look at what I wanted and quoted a very fair price for a 1x spring yard cleanup as well as ongoing lawn mowing for the season. I have also asked them for a quote on building a retaining wall to reinforce my current raised garden. They did the cleanup this past week and my yard looks amazing!

Francisco understands my needs & is flexible to getting us started on the right foot.

They arrived on time and did good work. Since I plant natives, I was careful to point out sensitive areas that shouldn't be overdone in the cleanup, they accommodated this request. Price was a tad steep, but I'm willing to pay for good work.
