Description of Work: I have used PIP three times over the last several years. Always on time, courteous, responsive to my needs and thorough and excellent in their work. I have liked all of their employees. They are expensive but I have also tried the other way (less expensive) and their work lasts longer and I suspect is cheaper in the long run

 + -1 moreThose who did the work did an excellent job, were courteous, but the owner himself has a very angry temperament. When I contacted the owner to let him know about the problem he shouted at me, "Well what do you want me to do about it?" and was very rude. Finally, another painter came and fixed the problem, acknowledged that they had done the wrong thing earlier, and did a wonderful job. Professionalism grade reflects dealings with the owner.
Description of Work: I hired this company to fix a problem ( a bubble) with the paint above our garage. I indicated the color (with the paint number) on the contract. The paint that was used was wrong, it was a shiny paint instead of a flat paint that was the wrong color.

 + -1 moreThey're phenomenal but a little on the pricey side. They are extremely professional, dedicated, neat. I would use them again in a heartbeat, but they are pricey. You get what you pay for.

 + -1 moreON TIME, POLITE, NICE, EXCELLENT QUALITY, AND CLEAN. THIS IS THE SECOND JOB THEY DID FOR ME. THE FIRST WAS SIMILAR BUT LARGER. JUST AS GOOD. THAT ONE WAS EXPENSIVE BUT VERY WORTH IT. HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BILL FOR THIS JOB.
Description of Work: PAINTED OFFICE IN OLD BUILDING WITH MOLDING AND HOLES IN WALLS. DID AN EXPERT JOB. NO MESS. FAST, ON TIME, AND PLEASANT.
