The cleaning professionals were courtesy, on-time, and did a terrific job. Scheduling was a pleasure, too. I highly recommend.

It went well. Supervisor was in constant contact with workers since they couldn’t speak English so she served as translator via phone. They did an ok job. They were young and slow.

Got scammed out of money, only one cleaner came to my home and stayed 2.5 hours and I was charged for a 5 hour service. Reached out multiple times to speak to manager and never got a call returned, also was told they would speak and verify this with my landlord and they never reached out to my landlord. Worker also only spoke Spanish and could not communicate with us well. Still have yet to receive a call back

I'm only giving 3 stars because the couple who came to clean were very nice and they did a good job overall. They took much longer than I'm used to given my condo size but since it was their first time here, I didn't mind paying a little extra. My rating mostly applies to the horrible professionalism (or lack thereof) from management. Gary was responsive before my appointment. The day of my appointment and thereafter, he's been nonresponsive. When I finally got in touch with him, he was rude and unprofessional with no accountability displayed for not responding. I was going to hire them for regular service but that phone call changed my mind. I like to work with friendly businesses and professional attitudes. This is not it! I would hire the couple who cleaned but not via this business. They couldn't even produce a simple receipt until I followed up several times. Gary should treat his customers better!

Express Maid was okay. They took 4 hours to clean a 800 sq ft vacant apartment and then charged me double what their original estimate was.

Their service was excellent. One thing i found in cleaning service is that they don't listen. Express Maid listened and did exactly what i told them to do and they clean the way they suppose to clean, they moved thing around, swept under things, they were very thorough and the cleaning was exceptional.

I have used several different maid services over the years and the team from Express Maid was one of the best! They were efficient, thorough, and cared for the specific cleaning concerns I had without a problem. Gary was communicative in setting up the appointment and keeping me informed along the way. I hope we can continue to do business together!

Received a call back from Gary immediately after putting in a request through Angi. I described the job and he provided a ballpark estimate of the cost. He was able to get the house cleaned within 1 week of our initial contact. They did a nice job of cleaning at a reasonable price. Very satisfied.

They showed up on time, which was great and appreciated. But when I told the main guy that we just had construction done and there was dust and soot literally everywhere (we had two chimneys removed) and I’d like them to literally scrub the walls, he looked puzzled. They didn’t go into the basement at all, which I paid for. When I asked him to clean inside the bathroom closet, he all but said no and told me that would be a lot kore work (??). But aside from all that, there was regular/standard house dust everywhere that they did not clean. Overall, it was just bad and not at all want we needed.

It went well, but there was a miscommunication, however, the problem was resolved immediately.

Well, tho took about twice as long as projected, and we had to pitch in to get it done before photographer came. Place still looks clean, tho we are cleaning almost daily for showings.

She did an amazing job. I had limited time and budget. I gave her a punch list of priorities and she did a great job. She was so conscience about her work it totally went against her grain to leave other areas undone. Don't you love that? I had her come back and she had a plan for those areas too.

Our house needed a thorough deep clean after 5 months of construction work. We had two different teams come in, and both did a tremendous job at tackling the many layers of dust and dirt. We requested particular attention to all interior windows, floors, baseboards and wooden blinds, and were really pleased with the results. Our requests on both occasions were made last minute, but were handled quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be using Express Maid again.

They did an amazing job. We had tackled the kitchen stove and some tough wall marks ourselves, but it wasn't good enough for our landlord. So we hired Express Maid. They were very punctual and performed excellent service. Our landlord was pleased and gave us back our full deposit. Additionally the price was extremely competitive. I would hire them back in a heartbeat!!

They didn't. I had to cancel because my flight was cancelled during the recent snowstorm. I left both e-mail message and voice message and did not receive a response. I finally searched through my recent calls in an attempt to find the call from when they called to schedule. The call was answered advised they received my messages. I did not reschedule at that time. They charged my card anyway, even without performing the service. I have contacted twice and both times they said they would issue a refund. Of course they haven't, good thing my credit card company has a conditional credit until this is resolved. My understanding with payment (and I used others services frequently) is the card is charged after the service is performed. The card is held to confirmed the appointment.

I have been using Express Maids for over a year. I would recommend. Ana and Candi clean the house and are always punctual and do a great job. If you change your normal schedule you may have to call the office so you are not automatically charged, but other than that things have gone well and I will continue to use.

Very well. A couple of things could have been done better such as cleaning the kitchen cabinets, not sure if they weren't done completely or not at all but my fault for not checking until after they left. But, what I asked them top do or redo they did fine.

We have hired Express Maid twice now and the two women were fantastic both times. We will certainly hire again.

I was pleased with the first two appointments. The third crew damaged my vacuum and didn't bother to tell me about it. There was always a language barrier.

Perla and her assistant did a wonderful job with the cleaning. They followed my directions perfectly. The house was completed in three hours.

This was a new home purchase and needed basic sweeping/mopping & dusting - no deep cleaning involved. I was contacted immediately which was great - they arrived on time, another plus - but the actual work was average at best. Again this was a new home purchase - the house was empty and everything was pretty much new. I feel that because of this they felt no work/effort was necessary needless to say I ended up having to clean right after - sweep/mop, wipe down cabinets, etc. - unfortunately would not hire again

I bought a coupon for five hours of housecleaning. The service informed me that if I neede more time, I could book the crew (of 2) for an additional hourly rate. The first visit didn't happen, because there was construciton on our street, and the crew couldn't find a place to park. I understood (though their phone call seemed to want me to solve this problem for them). They were prompt for both this and the next appointment, which happened as booked. When they arrived, with a vacuum cleaner in hand, I told them they could use the one they'd brought, or mine. The English-speaking member of the crew complained immediately that nobody had told him I'd have a vacuum. Again, not my problem. They got started, and I supplied them with cleaning products (rags, sponges, vinegar and water spray for glass, soft scrub and cleanser, Bona for wood floors, Bartenders Friend for stainless steel and chrome (they didn't seem to realize that Bartenders Friend is a non-scratch formula that can be used on chrome and stainless, and refused to use it). While pleasant, I can say that this was possibly the LEAST thorough cleaning I've ever experienced. I had to spedifically ask the second crew member to move couch cushions to vacuum under them in the TV room, where my kids eat popcorn on the couch. She seemed surprised, but willing. However she did not use the wand portion of the vacuum for any other cleaning---under the dresser, near dresser legs, for example-- so after the cleaning, there was dust and visible shmutz where a proper vacuuming would have picked them up. Same for the buffet in the dining room---no vacuuming in the gap between the furniture and the corners, etc. They did a nice job on the stainless exhaust vent above the oven, but why stand on my kitchen counter and stove when there's a step stool right there? Nobody wiped down the windowsills, or dusted the blinds, or did most of the things that I expected a service would do. I offered them a chance to stay on and do a more extensive job, but they said they were "all done". The cleaning I got was like what you'd get if you had a few hours notice that company was coming: a quick once-over no effort at anything but the most visitble surfaces. This review will not come as a surprise to the agency, since I gave this information when they called to see if I wanted to use them regularly. I DO need a regular service, but it won't be this one.
