I am disappointed. I have more work as a result of them not finishing the job. They worked way too slow and just did the easy stuff, it was no deal.

Two ladies came. They worked quickly and efficiently. Advertisement was for 5 hours of cleaning for $96. It turned out to be two and one half hours for each lady. They started at 9:30 am and finished at noon.

Very dependable and punctual! We get the same cleaners each time, which is helpful. Ocassionally they miss the corners of a room, but overall they're very good.

It worked out very well. They got there on time. They did a really nice job cleaning the house. We've used them like three times now. Price was reasonable. Quality was good. They were very nice ladies.

The deal I've purchased consisted of housecleaning services for 4 hours / by 1 person OR 2 hours / by 2 people. Two employees/cleaners from ExpressMaid arrived with their supplies, and after showing them which areas (bathroom and kitchen) needed most "care", they have spent the entire 2 hours doing JUST that. I actually picked up a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the floor, as well as pointed out areas (i.e. cabinet doors in the bathroom) that needed wiping! The tub and fridge were cleaned pretty well, aside from the man telling me that he physically couldn't pull out the fridge (with my help!) in order to clean behind it! The surface of the stove was also cleaned pretty well; however, after taking a more detailed look inside the oven, it looks like it was only wiped down, not thoroughly cleaned. Also, I pointed out that the backsplash in the kitchen also needed cleaning, and I recall the man telling me he couldn't do that because it would "damage it"....what??? I did not want to cause an argument, so I asked him to use Lysol! Moreover, what I found DISTURBING is that the woman who mopped the floor didn't change the water in the bucket even once, UNTIL I ASKED her to dump the dirty water and refill it, in order to wipe the floor in another area. Overall, it seemed that after I pointed out the two areas that needed the most work, nothing else was going to be cleaned, unless I ASKED for it, pointed it out, or did it myself (i.e. vacuuming). At the very end, I was expecting some help with taking out garbage bags (I live on the 3rd floor), yet both cleaners literally took off and didn't bother to answer when I called (I had a cell number they called me from upon arrival). I was also going to tip them outside, but once again, no response from them nor a follow-up call from ExpressMaids. Perhaps others had a different or at least a "deal-worthy" experience with this provider, but I WOULD NOT use their services again.

Cleaners did a passable job of cleaning the house - I mostly wanted the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors cleaned. Cleaners broke a wine glass and a bar glass while dusting, but dust still remained.

They come every two weeks and do a good job.

Meh. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great, either. It was a standard cleaning--nothing deep about it. I had hired with a deal on Angie's List to use as a trial to hire for weekly cleanings. I will not be signing up for cleanings with them. They did a decent enough job on what they cleaned, but they don't make beds--dumb thing, I know, but it's just a nice finishing touch that was lacking all around (a trash missing a bag here, a couple sticky spots on the table there). I have an unfinished basement that the kids ride scooters around and where I exercise--they didn't even vacuum the 5x8 rug down there or empty the trash, let alone sweep or attempt to act like they did anything down there. Also, they left my carefully-organized cleaning closet a mess--again, not really a big deal by itself, but I don't want to have to clean up after the cleaners. I purchased 5 hours of cleaning. I had to leave while they were here (2 workers, 2.5 hours each), so I can't speak to whether they were actually here and cleaning the whole time. Like I said, it was fine. But not enough to impress me with wanting to sign up for future business with them.

Carmelo and Rosa got it done so much faster than I could have done it myself--with a LOT less hassle. Will definitely use them again in the future. I got the 4 hours for $96 deal (meaning 2 people times 2 hours). Was worth it for me.

They dusted and wiped down the whole house and it looked great.

Not a good experience. I paid for four hours, but they sent two people who were here 90 minutes, saying that was as good as three hours. I gave them granite cleaner and told them I would clean the stainless steel myself, Instead they used the granite cleaner on the stainless steel, leaving a film. The supervisor offered to use my "free" hour to clean the stainless, but I think I'm better off going elsewhere.

They were excellent, professional and very friendly.

They came in and got right to work. They did a fairly good job. The only thing I didn't like was that when they vacuumed under the couches, they put a couple of shoes and my dog's used chew toys on the couch and left them there. They did a good basic job, though. Very polite.

This was my first experience and I will not go back. I didn't even get to a point of a cleaning because the person that answers the phone was incompetent and rude. There was some back and forth on scheduling the appointment, but I asked him to put me down for the given date/time and I would call him to reschedule if needed. Well, when the cleaners did not show up, this man immediately began accusing me of not confirming and saying that it was my fault. When the face/voice of your customer service doesn't understand basic humanity principles of respect and tact, I have little hope for your company's service. Highly recommend going else. There is a reason it is the cheapest place in town!

They were very thorough in the cleaning service provided. They did everything.

I was happy. In addition to a good cleaning in each room, they mopped the entire house and worked efficiently.

The service was okay. It was average. It just took them a lot longer. I paid for additional hours and the amount they took was too long. It would never take me that long to do my house. They did a decent job, but it took too much time which then cost me a lot of additional money. So, I would probably not use them again. There were two ladies there for additional three or four hours because they were not finished on the job. They kept asking for more time. The original price was okay, but because it took longer, I do not think the overall price was fair. They were a little late in coming because they could not find the house.
