Excellent. Ron and his team were attentive to detail, prompt with answers to questions and very easy to work with. They showed up on time, worked steadily during the day and cleaned up each night, leaving the area in great shape. I would use there services again and reccomend them to all.

The owner was very nice but his price was not competitive enough for me to use him.

I called to schedule the estimate and was immediately booked for that week. Ron was very accommodating to our staff schedules. I received the estimate before he left and when I had emailed questions later I received a response back within 12 hours.

Prompt and reliable. Early for the appointment for the quote. Ron is a good businessman, knows his business and does a good job supervising his painters. They didn't work if it was too hot or if it looked like rain. They did an excellent job preparing and painting, but charged me for the extra work that I wanted done. They aren't cheap, but I was happy with the work and I love driving up to my house now.

We hired Ronbo's after obtaining four quotes (they tied with another company for lowest cost, with the bonus of strong reviews on Angie's List). Scheduling was the only part of the process that was just fair. Our timing was flexible, with the exception of one week during which we would be on vacation. We did not hear back for a couple of weeks after submitting the contract. At that point, we were told the work would likely begin within a week or so. It ended up being a few weeks later, which (Murphy's Law) meant the job was likely to overlap with our vacation. With assurances that we could work through that situation if it happened, we went forward. After powerwashing the outside, the painters tackled all of the window work that required inside access so that this portion of the job would be complete before my family departed. We appreciated this customization of their approach. The painters are employees of Ronbo's, which promised a likelihood of greater accountability. This proved to be true -- the men were prompt, hardworking, meticulous, responsive, efficient, and a pleasure to work with for the week that they were here. They showed up early every day, even on several days when storms were predicted for the entire day. They worked through hot and humid conditions, breaking only for lunch. They were polite, friendly, and cleaned up carefully every day. The quality of service was outstanding. Besides painting, the men performed minor carpentry, replacing some facia and masonite ("stucco) boards on our tudor home. They performed heavy-duty caulking around windows that will need replacement within a couple of years. Ron (owner) searched all around for masonite boards that would match those on the rest of our home. They are no longer being manufactured, so it was not an easy task. Ron was very concerned with finding a precise match. He also provided useful information that helped us with a couple of decisions involving our entry door. In the end, the painters completed the work on the day that we left for vacation, but hours after we'd gone. We had such rapport and faith in them, we let them lock up after they were done, and we provided the final payment before seeing the work 100% completed. When we returned from vacation, we were thrilled with the results. Bottom line: Ronbo's performed a high-quality* paint job efficiently (6 days of work) and at reasonable cost. We will definitely hire them again, likely for interior paint jobs on the horizon. * I will make only one qualification -- I am calling this a high quality job because it appears so; but with exterior paint jobs, quality (or lack thereof) is largely a function of longevity. At this time, only one month after the work was performed, I cannot comment on longevity.

He is very nice and easy going. I appreciated the fact that he recommended the company for my porch. My porch looks great now too and I will be having Ronbo?s out soon for the interior painting.

Much of my wood trim & fascia boards had peeling paint. So much paint had fallen off that a lot of bare wood was showing. Ronbo suggested using a slow drying primer before painting so that the new paint would adhere better. It looks great and I'm hoping it will last a lot longer than the previous paint job.

It took the men approximately four to five days to complete the work. They came at 7 am and worked until 6 pm. Everything was left meticulously.

Excellent experience - Doug (the crew chief) was very professional, helpful, and respectful. The crew did a great job and the outside of the house was spotless after every day. The team worked hard and kept me in the loop as the job progresesed. took a few days to complete the job. Excellent work

I contacted the owner to get a quote and someone came out quickly to assess the project. I waited a bit before deciding to pursue the project. I called in the first week of November and returned the contract after being assured that the project would most likely be able to be completed before Thanksgiving and before winter, assuming the weather held. Despite over 2 weeks of good weather, the project was not completed. I was told that was due to another project and a conference and other obligations on the part of the owner. Cold weather arrived after Thanksgiving and the project was put on hold until spring. The painters came out in mid-April and did the job. The job foreman was punctual, courteous, and helpful. He and the other painter that he worked with did a very good job, staying late the second day so that the job would be finished. I was also impressed by how well they cleaned up after themselves, both at the end of the job and at the end of the day mid-project. Overall- I was disappointed that the project wasn't completed before winter, after being told that it probably would be. However, I was pleased with the quality of the work when the project was eventually completed.

Ron worked hard to fit us in during a stretch of bad weather. At the first opportunity, his crew showed up and worked quickly and professionally to complete the work before winter settled in. They were detail oriented in their approach to scraping and prepping and easy to work with when there were any questions on the the scope of work. Beyond the work itself, Ron is a pleasure to work with - thorough, responsive, friendly and good humored. Highly recommended.

Went well. Good quality. Price probably a little high but worth to ensure good quality / service. Nice touch in repairing minor imperfections on plaster before painting as well. Ronbo had a difficult time finalizing actual date for the work which was slightly frustrating but the crew was able to finish in 1 day which was great. I would and will use again.

This was a smaller job than they usually accept, but Ron came and did an estimate and said he would fit me in which he did. They did an excellent job and were very professional.

Promptly came out to give an estimate when called, and work was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Work was completed over 3 days. They were professional, thorough, and very hard-working. Clean-up afterwards was also thorough, which was much appreciated with a new baby in the house! We love our fence, which still looks like new, and love our brighter basement.

We contacted Ronbo's Fine Painting quite late in the external painting season. His estimate was competitive, and his past performance was rated highly. He managed to squeeze us in after a wait. Ronbo's painter for this job was a very capable, friendly, and accomodating individual, who spent plenty of time in surface preparation. The warranty is for 3 years. All-in-all, I believe that we recieved very good value for the expenditure. The garage, now, looks great.

They did a great job. the painting needed three coats. They completed two coats the first day and the third coat on another day. Very pleasant gentleman painted the room.

Once started, Ronbo worked every non-raining day until finished. They cleaned up after each day. Very pleasant crew.

I used Ronbo after finding him on Angies List; I've painted this house many times over 30 years and for the most part the jobs have been good, but the painting just doesn't hold up--peeling, fading etc have all been evident after a few years. Ronbo used the best materials and the priming and cleaning of the surface was excellent and as a result my painted surfaces looked great for much longer AND never peeled.

Ron's team did a fabulous job painting my home!!! Doug was the main person on sight and he is a gem. Doug and his team were extremely careful and extremely thorough. They managed around my move- in schedule and always made sure they completed the areas I would be using first. They are first rate and a joy to work with. They are experts painting trim and spindles. When I made a color mistake, they helped me choose a new color and they were very patient. Afterward they helped hang towel bars and other items and then ensured everything was clean and put back together when they finished. I think I am a picky person but I have found my match with Ron and Doug. Several of my friends witnessed the painting process as it was happening and they are convinced that Ronbo"s has the best painters! I cannot thank Ronbo's enough for making my new home look spectacular!!!! Within the next coupIe years, I will be calling them back to paint my basement and exterior.

Excellent job. I wouldn't use anyone else for painting. Highly professional and stickler for detail. They are worth the $. All very nice guys, clean up each day. No hassles at all.

The repair the ceiling went well. There has been additional damage around the air vent that was fixed the first time along with the water damage. I have not called to see if there is any type of warranty on the work. Ron was helpful in terms of helping us determine what colors we should select for the front and back porch, and they did a fine job. However, the back porch was *very* slippery after being repainted and I asked if they could redo it with some sand added, but we were put off since it was late in the year. By the following year the paint had gotten roughed up enough that it was no longer a problem, but that also means that the orignal color is coming through. Again, I did not follow up to see if there is any type of warranty. With the bathroom, the painter who completed the work did an acceptable job, but I had presumed that more thorough prep work would be done. We live in an old house and the walls are uneven in sections. The painter offered to redo to the work after it was completely "done" but I declined because I have two small children and elected not to have any additional commotion in the house. On the up side, Ron was great about going over the different options for stain that are available. I had wanted to go with an eco-friendly option and he took the time to walk through the pros and cons and was willing to work with me to make sure we were using a product I liked. I did wind up going with traditional stain, but appreciated his input and flexibility. I didn't find their prices to be terribly high (I'm guessin the on the price I put above since the work was done in several stages and over several months) but I also feel that there are painters out there who take more pride in the final product.

Quality was good. On time. On budget.

Ron was very professional, friendly and on time with the appointment. The proposal came in about a week, and the pricing was in the ballpark compared to others. As I had other things going on, I postponed until the end of the outside painting season. Ron explained they had to wait for good weather days (early November), and then would have several people working on the job to have it move quickly. They jumped on the good weather days, as promised. As far as color matching the gutters, they did a great job.

Excellent-very, very neat-not a drop of paint anywhere but where it was supposed to be. Price was higher than other estimate, but chose to reduce any potential aggravation by choosing a company that Angie likes.

It was an outstanding experience. I was thrilled with the outcome. They were very thorough and meticulous. We did not have a moment of regret, we sure got our money's worth.
