Jerry was a professional, courteous and honest business man. In this day and age, it is really difficult to trust businesses that try to "make a buck". Jerry was the complete opposite. He was on time for the appointments and very responsive when I had a couple of questions. Following the installation, I had asked Jerry to check the blinds in my children's room as these blinds were coming off the hinges. Jerry informed me that since our blinds were Hunter-Douglas, he was willing to take them off and send it into the factory for us...completely FREE. I understand that this warranty is offerred by Hunter-Douglas but Jerry had no obligation to inform us of this warranty (we did not purchase these old blinds from him); he further offerred to pick it up and deliver it to his factory. I HIGHLY recommend this gentlemen if you are looking for any interior work. My wife and I definitely will be calling him again for our other window treatments.

The whole experience was great Jerry was on time, and did a great job. I also asked him to look at a couch that was damaged to see if his company could repair it, and we talked a little about some framing work that i need done on some sports memorabilia.

Jerry is a pro. He has or can get all the parts to do a job quickly and professionally. He has the experience to know what what will look good and what won't He works within your budget. But his installation skills, the patience and craftsmanship, really sets him apart. After installation, which wasn't an easy task because of our old rods needing repair, Jerry made sure all the curtains were wrinkle free and hanging in perfect folds. He has our vote for future drapes.

Excellent job. Everything went well from start to finish. Jerry Block brought a large selection of fabrics for us to choose from. He helped with appropriate suggestions, took careful measurements of the windows and gave us a competitive quote. The factory delivered the shades on schedule but the blinds were back ordered due to and unexpected shortage at the factory. This was not the fault of Spring and Jerry offered to install the shades and come back when the blinds were received. We decided to wait until all the window treatments were delivered. The installation was done neatly and professionally. Our experiences with Jerry were very positive and we will certainly use him again.

Owner, Jerry Block, was on time and listened to our ideas. He them recommened a style and material, sometimes advising against something based on his experience. The draperies were delivered on time and were as expected. We liked the result and would recommend Jerry and use him again if needed.

Overall, it went well. Jerry was extremely helpful and returned calls immediately. I had ordered blackout shades for the bedrooms, but the order came with light-diffusing shades. When I called Jerry about the mistake, he immediately remedied the problem. He was punctual and very easy to work with. Despite the snafus, I would definitely use this company again.

Jerry Block was professional and very helpful in my selection of design & fabrics. He has a very good eye and made good suggestions. He also was understanding of my budgetary constraints and was willing to go to "Plan B" when our original plan was over budget. He is pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely work with him again and have recommended him to friends. We are very satisfied with the final results of his work!

The job went without any surprises. Jerry made sure we got a cutting from the manufacturer to make sure the dye lot was correct. His installation was flawless. He installs himself, and takes his time to make sure everything is just the way it is supposed to be. We could not be happier with our new window treatments, and we will definitely use Jerry again.

Jerry got here when he promised and brought lots of samples. He explained why the 20 year old blinds were not reparable and helped us select new ones. He did not press the selection of the most expensive models. He explained the options for installation and the pros and cons of all the differences. We made our selection and 2 weeks later he came to install the new blinds and explain how to use them properly. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better job. He did exactly what he promised, when he promised it, and at a fair price. We did get competing bids and were very satisfied with his pricing and service.

So far so good. Jerry is installing the hardware on July 1, 2010

They did a good job. I was very happy with them and I would definitely use their services again. The drapes were for the large windows and 2 small windows. They provided the fabric and also installed it. The salesman brought the samples home so that I could see it and that was helpful. It took about 4 to 5 weeks for the entire process. The price that I paid was a pretty competitive price.

Very professional and cared very much about pleasing us. He was on time and did quality work. He called us one time to let us know he would be 5 minutes late. He was willing to come back and check the work to make sure things were right. I would definitely use him again. He did a very good job and we are very satisfied. Jerry worked with my budget and gave me the choice that would fit in my budget and my home decorations He came twice to give me the samples to choose from. After he installed the window treatment for the first time, he noticed some manufacturing defects and worked with the manufacturers to get a replacement. He came out three times to replace the parts with the defects. I am extremely impressed with his professionalism. If he had not pointed out the defects, I would have never noticed them. I really appreciate his attention to details even though I'm doing a small job compared to his other projects. I have used other A-listed Angie's list company for other services. Jerry's service is the best of the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Jerry came over and showed me the options. He understood what I wanted and helped me to select fabrics and shade style that did the job I was looking for and looked nice in the room. He then returned with the finished product and installed it. After installation, we found that the room-darkening shade had some flaws. He worked with Hunter Douglas to get a new shade. The second shade also had some flaws but he worked with Hunter Douglas to have them inspect it and give us a quality product. The final shade is great and he also got us a rebate because of the flawed shades. He didn't take our money until we got the third and final shade and were satisfied. He also gave us the discount with the Angie's List coupon. Also, even though the shade had flawed and Hunter Douglas wanted it back, he made sure we always had a shade for the room.

He was very precise and demanding of himself. Even more than what I expected. They responded very quickly. They have unmatched quality, and they gave me a good value for my money. They did an outstanding job, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Jerry Block called back and stood out from the other two by virtue of his professional demeanor. He came to do the assess the job. Mr. Block has decades of experience in this field and it shows. He was thorough and meticulous, friendly but not familiar. He showed us a variety of samples in wood blinds, drapery fabrics and hanging rods. He left his bid some few days later, and was punctual about his return on the day of installation. Our bedroom was an addition to the original house and was made with little care for conventional building standards. There weren't studs where there should have been. But Jerry soldiered on and did what had to be done to hang the blinds and drapes. Though it added hours to his work, he never complained. Afterwards, he found fault with three of the blinds--a manufacturing default let too much light through. Jerry pointed this out to us, and volunteered to correct the matter. Long after the final check was cashed, he returned to complete the job.

Jerry was very easy to work with from start to finish. He responded quickly to my original email inquiry and came to my home with Hunter Douglas samples and also with a book of various cornice and valance designs. We also later met at his showroom to select fabric for the upholstered cornice valances. Both the Luminettes and the cornice valances were delivered and installed in a timely manner and were perfectly measured. Jerry was also quick to point out that Hunter Douglas was offering a cash rebate on our purchase and made a point of getting us all the necessary rebate forms. We were very pleased with the service, responsiveness and quality of Jerry's work - he did all the measuring and installation himself, and clearly has an excellent outsource for the upholstery work. We will be using his services again for window treatments in our master suite.

Jerry had a much better and broader supply of choices at a better price than other sellers who presented bids for window treatments in our house. He has tremendous patience. He followed our lead yet provided useful information along the way. He also provides excellent service. Years down the line he still services our friends -- even when they might forget, he remembers. He is extraordinarily committed to quality work. Although he never speaks about a quality guaranty, his actions (on our behalf) demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction years after installation.
