had lots of problems with garage door not closing. Would go down part way, stop go back up. Garage Innovators came, evaluated problem, suggested solution and gave us a price. We OK'd his estimate, which seemed very fair. He replaced the sensors, lubricated the motor, which made the operation of the door much quieter and we have had no problems since. He was efficient and obviously knew what he was doing. We would not hesitate to recommend Garage Door Innovators or use him in the future.

Garage Door Innovators had plenty of choices. The reason why I went with them is because it appeared that they were doing high-quality work. When they came, they offered me things and showed me what they did, it confirmed what I hoped by way of quality level. It took longer than expected because the company that made it got it wrong so it had to be redone and had it custom-made.

Brian came and replaced the faulty sensor and then checked over the mechanics of the garage door. He lubricated and cleaned up and tightened up all the parts.Tthe garage door opener has never sounded better or performed better. He was professional and polite. He called to confirm the time, and came when he said he would. I would highly recommend him and will call again if we have to have any work done on our garage door.

I was very impressed. We called on a Saturday night. Not just any Saturday night, but the one the night before the Chiberia winter storm with below zero weather. He called back within 20 minutes, and arranged a time to come out on Sunday, when other companies didn't even answer or respond for days. He came out and did the work, and did it well. Charged $385, some of which was the weekend/off hours fee, which is understandable. Price, now talking with others, seems very reasonable, especially for working on a blustery Sunday, the day the coldest temps in decades hit the area. Highly recommended.

Brian was great. He knew his stuff, and did a great job replacing our garage system. He was honest and willing to work around our schedule. I would hire Brian again.

It went very well. Brian called approximately one half hour prior to arriving to let us know he was on the way. Once he arrived, he quickly inspected the garage door to make sure it moved properly and wasn't out of alignment. He lubricated the hinges and rollers and replaced the old broken gasket at the bottom with a very high quality gasket. Since the garage door opener was incredibly old, Brian said it would be best to replace it with a new Lift Master that included two remotes as well as a garage keypad. He worked very quickly to install the opener and used high quality supports. The supports used on our old opener were much thinner and very flimsy. Once completed, he programmed the remotes but found there was interference from some other device close by in our neighborhood. Brian worked quickly at reprogramming our remotes to avoid this issue and the garage door works perfectly. We can't believe how quiet the new opener works and are relieved that the door now has the and quot;electric eyeand quot; which protects us from possible injury and our cars from damage. Brian did an excellent job!

He gave me more information in a 5 minute phone call, including diagnosis, cost, explanation of work to be done, including a tune-up, at a price that was better than the others. The garage door wasn't lifting anymore, and a coil above was cracked in two. I called Garage Door Innovators and he was available to talk when I called. He offered a likely diagnosis (correctly) and estimated the time and cost to fix the old broken coil(s), over the phone. He was able to fix the problem the same day, arriving at the time he said he would, and charging the amount he gave as an estimate. One coil was broken, but both coils were replaced for functional symmetry. He knew what he was doing, finished pretty quickly, and made time to nicely answer my questions about it and explain all he did. No more problems with the garage door.

From start to finish, great job. He and quot;soldand quot; me with how strong the brackets were. No nonsense, straightforward company.

Brian is just super! couldn't ask for a better person. answers calls on same day, very prompt on scheduled time for quote and install; knowledgeable, very professional and efficient. in the business by himself over 14 years. he does not hard sell anything you don't need. he would gladly repair broken spring if we were not ready for replacement. however, after over 30 years of service, it's time. the motor and keypad were still good and not replaced. CHI model# 2283 came highly recommended and his price is good, especially for angie's listers. he brought a cut out sample so we know exactly what we're getting. without extra expenses for upgrade, he uses heavy duty hardwares on all his installs w/ 5 years warranty. CHI's only has 3 yrs warranty; hardwares are decent but lighter duty. fyi - most installers companies would use hardwares that comes with the units. i was thoroughly impressed he did all the work solo, and very efficiently in less than 4 hours. not too many great service people like him anymore nowadays. he doesn't do email or text message, so communicate the old fashion way of picking up the phone! ;-D

He answered the phone and when I told him that the garage door opener had stopped working, he made arrangements to come out the same day. He got to the house on time, reviewed the situation and told us what work was needed and what would need to be replaced. He had to do some rewiring of the safety sensors, replaced rollers, and lubed the unit, which he said had not occurred in many years. The unit now works fine and is much quieter. We would definitely call him again for any garage door opener work.

Absolutely Terrific! I highly recommend. I called Garage Door Innovators at 11am because our garage door main gear finally broke. Brian (the owner) arrived less than 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained some other issues (structural support - he fixed for free) and ~cosmetic (door seal on bottom). He said because it was a back alley garage and the seal issue was relatively minor, he didn't recommend replacing it. Bottom line - Brian was professional, explained exactly what needed to be done, fixed it on the spot and was done less than 1.5 hrs later. He also did an incredible job of lubricating everything - with different types of oil and grease as appropriate. It was clear he was focused on doing a quality repair and was cognizant about the total cost. I did not feel any pressure to replace the opener or fix the other minor issues.
