In early 2009, Scientific Home Services Ltd was incorporated to better meet the rapidly changing demands of the industry and to devote our attention solely to serving our customer needs. Description of Work: The job was done very nicely. The crew are very professional and they keep everything very clean. Description of Work: I had Scientific replace a picture and two side windows in my front room. Jonathan Koloms came out and gave me an estimate and was very informative about their product. He thoroughly went over how and when the work would be done. Within days of putting down the down payment a gentleman came and did all the measurements. Jonathan called when the windows were ready and accommodated my schedule in order the get the job done. Damian Kusek and his assistant came out and did the work very cleanly and efficiently. They were in and out in three hours. The windows look great and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They were the most knowledgeable professional company I talked to. They thoroughly checked inside and outside my house for any signs of mold or other toxins using sophisticated equipment. We came out with a clean bill of health and they discovered just a very small issue we easily fixed. It was definitely worth the peace of mind as we thought there might have been a problem.

Description of Work: Replaced 13 windows of various widths with double-hung vinyl windows with low-E glass, argon gas, and better-vue screens. There was a slight delay beyond the time frame they had estimated of when the windows would come in but nothing too bad. All communication and workers were very professional and tidy and everything was completed in a day. There was a crack in one of the windows when they installed it but they replaced it as soon as they could.

Description of Work: They replaced 2 casement windows in master bedroom with triple pane vinyl windows. A very good experience from estimate to installation. Installers were very careful and mindful they were working in our master bedroom. Were also careful about rose bushes outside the windows. One of the window panes came cracked from the factory and an immediate order for replacement was done.

Jon took the time to listen to my concerns and fielded my questions honestly and completely. | |Pricing came in midway between other company estimates. The price was fair. Windows were ready for installation earlier than promised, and installation went smoothly. Results are excellent.

Description of Work: Scientific Home Services came to inspect several glass doors that were leaking. They were very helpful, but informed us that the work should be covered under warranty. Despite not being paid anything for the visit, they were professional, friendly, and very informative/helpful. If I have door/window repairs in the future, I will definitely contact SHS first.

Description of Work: Replaced 3 windows in 2 bedrooms. |The initial sales meeting with Mark was very professional and informative. The price was right and time frame reasonable. The windows arrived before the quoted deadline and Scientific contacted me to set up the installation appointment right on schedule. |The installation crew, Damian and his partner, were very punctual and professional. They were very polite, never created any mess, and worked very efficiently. The crew was in and out in under 4 hours and the only reminder of their visit are 3 nicely installed new windows. |Very positive experience, will recommend to my friends. |
