The garage door repairman arrived within an hour of my call and fixed the problem (broken spring) right away. The price was fair and in line with repairs I had done several years ago. I would use this contractor again.

Installer was professional and talked through everything he was doing step by step. Cleaned up once the job was complete.

He responded immediately and was able to come out and complete the job within a couple of hours. He also lubricated all rollers, springs and the chain which was not expected. Problem is that when completed he found out that there was a electrical problem that was preventing the opener from working and he wasn t qualified to handle that. Turns out that the electrical supply to the garage was severed but MF Solutions was NOT responsible. But I probably didn t need to replace the door opener at this time. Wish he would have noticed this before installing a new unit. But the unit was from 2001 so it was probably due. Now I need to get the electrical supply problem repaired.

Max did a great job and did it quickly. If I was still young enough to do this job myself it would ve taken me all day. It took him an hour and a half. He installed my garage door opener without even referring to the instructions and did a complete and excellent job. I really recommend him.
