MF Solutions came out immediately. Max fixed my broken springs, suggested I might need new rollers to help the door, and suggested I MIGHT need a new motor.. but he would fix the springs first. Ended up I did NOT need a motor, right now, but may need in the future. He didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need. I appreciate his quick work and honest effort.
