Estimator was very helpful and explained things others didn't. Installers were great, did a fantastic job and finished much quicker than I was originally told. Will recommend this company to anyone I know that needs a new garage door. Overall, extremely happy with the product and South Suburban.

They installed the gasket on the bottom of the door. Did a good job, but they had to come out to resecure it.

Owner (confirmed order by phone) and technician (arrived at the time agreed) were both straight with me. No attempts to upsell me for work I didn't need. Work was performed promptly and professionally at the agreed price. Five stars.

The entire process was great. The scheduler was great to work with and helped to find a time that worked best for me. I was contacted by Will to let me know the installer was on his way. Joe, the installer was outstanding. He explained everything he was going to do and then educated me on how to maintain my garage, garage springs, and opener so that it lasts longer. The springs were installed in less than an hour and the quality was outstanding. After the installer left, Will called me to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction. Outstanding company and I would use this company again.

I've worked with two companies from home advisor .com now, both cases the workers did excellent work in a timely manner and charged exactly what was quoted. However upon leaving they were paid by check, both outfits promised that their office would send an email receipt and neither one has to this point.
