LOWE'S

The countertop installers damaged the new floor. This occurred on July 1st, 2017. Our floor still has not been replaced and the backsplash and grout weren't sealed. The trim on the bottom of the cabinets isn't on, the dishwasher isn't secured, our expected completion date WAS July 30th, 2017. They breached our contract.

I bought a garage door in April.  It was incorrectly installed and didn't have a door for a month.  I had to wait another month for someone to come out with the part.  Lowe's did try to help me out by giving me a gift card.

The contractor came with his crew and put the holes in the back yard to install a deck.  He was supposed to wait for the inspector to come so the HMA would approve it.  The letter never got sent out for the inspector to come.  I've already paid for the service but nothing has been done.  I've called multiple times to get the ball rolling and all I keep getting is the run-around.  They need to get the inspector to come out and start the project. It has been 4 months and nothing has been resolved.

Update 1/20/15: They finished the deck. The service is so bad. There is still water coming out in my backyard. I have to have drain pipes put in my backyard now to get rid of the water. I spent $8000 on a deck and I'm never going to see any money from them. They were very rude and I just want everyone to know how bad the service is.

At that particular time, they were doing a special financing on garage doors through the end of the year.
So, Lowe's was great. The original contractor that they used, sucked. They were unprofessional, came late. They had to come out 2 different times to fix the weather stripping.
Lowe's was great and helpful in getting things resolved.
