EcoClean Carpet Cleaning

They cleaned all of our carpet as well as our tile and grout, and it all looks fantastic! The tile and grout is over 20 years old and had never been cleaned - it looks like a new floor! They were polite and explained everything they were doing. I would definitely hire them again.

We purchased an Angie's List deal, and added some of our own extras to get the stairs and basement done as well. The customer service was great, they were able to schedule us within a week, and the results were better than other (cheap!) carpet cleaners we've used before. It seems you get what you pay for, since EcoClean seems to have better equipment than most competition. They take their time, too, so you don't end up with a wet soapy mess that takes forever to dry and attracts more dirt.

My family's experience with this company has been not only disastrous, but severely emotionally distressing as well. As a military veteran with 22 years of distinguished service to this nation and with this being my 11th, and final relocation to retire, having the cumbersome task of dealing with this company has by far been my worst experience with any company during that 22 year timeframe. We found this company through Angie's List and scheduled our cleaning upon the successfull closing on the house we were moving to. Unfortunately, our closing took a bit longer than expected and we were forced to reschedule our cleaning. The company confirmed our request with no issue and confirmed their ability to support the requested day. I'm not sure how many of the readers of this review have relocated over 10 times, or who have had the great experience of removing your child from stability only to start over again, or who have the mental toughness to deal with the whole process and I am sure until you experience it you will never know and/or understand how TOUGH, HARD and STRESSFUL the WHOLE situation and process is on the ENTIRE family! Timeline: This company was supposed to arrive at my empty house between the hours of noon and 1pm. The movers were to arrive at my residence to deliver my family's belongings the next morning. At 1:48p and after we had to track down a number (by calling a third party) to someone in the company who would answer the phone, we were told the company would arrive in 90min (mind you, already almost an hour late with NO NOTIFICATION). 3:30p- STILL no one at my home. We received a phone call from an employee and states that he was just informed we needed our carpets cleaned today and he could be at my home in 30 min (making the company now 3 hours late). 4p- STILL no one at my house. 430p- Employee arrives (3.5 hrs late) in an unmarked van and proceedes to walk through the house "measuring" the rooms (which on the walk through 1 set of stairs is annotated by the company employee). 5p- Service begins. 545p- after countless times attempting to contact the owner, I finally get a hold of him. He apologizes and apparently was IGNORANT to what was happening at my residence. He offers a $50 credit and ends up agreeing to doing my basement for free ($100). 630p- company employee is completed. But WAIT....there is another set of stairs on the "new" estimate, along with WRONG sizes on my rooms. Both of which are rectified and payment is rendered. 635p- I do a quick walk through and the employee leaves. NEXT DAY 0730a- Stairs NOT dry AT ALL. movers will be here in 1hr. 0730a- I see spots and stains still in the carpet that I was told would be removed. These were NOT seen the night before probably because of the lighting and the carpet still wet. 0830a- movers arrive. House now filled with furniture. 0830-noon- attempts are made to contact the owner. Finally my wife gets ahold of him and he profusley apologizes for the day before...someone got sick, someone didn't show up, blah, blah, blah. I contact the owner and request a refund for the lack of professionalism and poor workmanship that was done at my residence. He refuses to return any funds and offers to come and redo any issues. He also said that since I paid for the services, I was obviously satisfied with the work. PROBLEM: the house is now filled with furniture. I absolutely despise pompus, arrogant individuals that are in the customer service business but have NO customer service etiquette. I will never, ever...ever ever use this company again not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Within a short period of time I was seeing the spots come right back up from the floor. The carpets did not look that great. The quality was not great. There were areas that I could see were not hit and the stains coming back up was a bad sign.

The work was performed on schedule and as advertised. The work was satisfactory if not knock-your-socks-off. We especially appreciated the company agreeing to the job despite not being able to see the house prior to scheduling, since we had not taken possession yet. All things considered, we definitely would consider hiring this company again.

The crew that was out at our house on Saturday did a great job.  They were professional in both appearance and manner.  They started by vacuuming all the carpet, then spraying and cleaning them.  We stayed off the carpet a bit longer than they recommended, just to ensure everything was dry.

I can't recommend these guys enough! They were on time, professional, courteous to a fault, AND they do an amazing job. Before we moved in to our new townhouse, the carpets and furniture were a mess, to put it kindly. After Joe, Aaron, and their crew were finished, the carpets looked like new, and the furniture looked great again. In addition, the price was very reasonable considering all the work we had the crew do. I will definitely hire them again when it comes time to clean again, and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality carpet and upholstery cleaning.
