Arrived promptly. Was courteous throughout. Resolved the problem speedily and answered my few questions. Altogether a very good experience.

Performed multiple repairs within a couple of hours, including a trip to Home Depot. I'd call them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were excellent. There were no additional charges. The price was good. He hurt his leg or he had done something and he didn't get back to me for a few days but then he sent out this email saying that he had been injured and he was sorry he was way back up on his phone calls. The guy came on time.

The pre-work date preparation thru Gary is very detailed and I expect this leads to satisfied customers (and workers). Gary goes over desired task list, and clarifies aspects of the tasks - including equipment needed, weather-related. He also offered suggestions to assist me in purchasing some of the equipment. I had an initial task list that was modified twice - both modifications were fine with me and fit my priorities. I had two many tasks for this 'big deal' of 2 hours work.... Carlos arrived on time and asked to go over all the tasks - he suggested the sequence of tasks and together we had to eliminate one task (due to sealing the patio stone the area needed to be dry, so cleaning the cedar fencing around the patio was excluded... Carlos did a great job and cleaned up well. He was very polite. This is the second time I've used Gary's Handyman Big Deal. and I will use them again!

Completed all work as requested but broke a lamp shade in the process. They fixed mistake at their cost.

The work was wonderful. It was very carefully done. Carlos Pio, was really very skillful. We are very very pleased with the work. The price was also reasonable.

My husband and I are preparing to sell our condo. We had some jobs that were beyond our scope, such as replacing a non-functioning ceiling fan (we don't mess with electrical), replacing some worn floorboards, and some plumbing repairs. Gary was great at communicating and got someone (Carlos) to us within a week. Carlos was on time (actually a bit early), took notes on everything that needed done, and was done well before the quoted time (Gary quoted me at 3-4 hours. Carlos was done in 2). He wasn't able to replace the ceiling fan due to the original one being improperly installed, but Carlos did explain the work that would go into that repair, and Gary followed up with a quote a few days later.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service. There is nothing I disliked. The guy was very professional and did a great job. He was clean, efficient, on time and prepared.

All in all he did a great job. Showed up when he said he would and did exactly what needed to be done. It turned out great.

It was okay. They guy did a good job. The only complaint I had was they had taken some measurements and were supposed to give me a quote on some additional work and they never got back with me. The guy who did the job was pleasant and did a good job.

While the work was not performed by Gary, he did recommend another company to call: Moore Construction. The point is - is that Gary was honest about what he could and couldn't do. Basically, the height was too great: over 20 feet yest he was considerate enough to send me in the right direction. Yes, Moore Construction got the job. No more than Angie's List is a circle of good connection, those even smaller circles are wonderful to know about! Kudo's to Gary's Handyman Services!

Job ended up more complicated than expected, but overall it was repaired and I'm satisfied with the outcome.

He didn't leave the house until everything was perfect. He was very professional, very polite and well mannered. He was on time, and very detailed. He took out all of the extra pieces and trash. I would recommend him to anyone.

My experience was fine. They called me an hour before the scheduled appointment and said "We're here now, can we come early?" and that make things awkward for me on scheduling them, so they were too early.

I purchased the handyman special 3 hours for $79. He came on time and handled all of the tasks I had laid out for him. All went well.

We purchased an Angie's List deal for 2 hours of handyman services and paid the regular rate for the remaining time. Everything went very well. We would not hesitate to use Gary's Handyman services again, especially in conjunction with the 2 hour deal.

Very professional, on time, good communication. Completed most of the little jobs just fine. A few small things: when repairing a door, left dirty and greasy prints on wall that were hard to get off. Repaired the front of a drawer, but in about a week, the drawer was broken again.

Although the original d.ate was postponed, we coordinated the rescheduling. He was on time and very pleasant in his work. Everything was done very well. I am very happy and would definitely recommend them - and plan to use them again in the future.

It went perfectly. The handyman was fast and efficient. Sometimes, I hire someone and because they are on an hourly rate, they really take their time. Not the case with these guys. The handyman completed each job quickly and immediately moved on to the next. I'd definitely use them again!
