Victor and his team did an amazing job giving our front yard a much needed facelift. We needed a buried downspout and new garden beds. They were communicative, worked quickly, and the end result blew us away! We’ll definitely have them back for more landscaping work.

They were very responsive and cleaned up the whole yard.

Not at all professionals, they have no idea what to do, just spend a couple hours and did a horrible job and took money.

I have been using Victor since the early 2000's, and so has my family. There have been some issues with the timeliness for services, but overall I was satisfied until last fall when he was supposed to have planted a baby Blue Spruce that was not supposed to get very tall. When the tree was planted, the tree's ball was below the surface which was very different from all of the other trees Victor planted for me because all of the others were above the surface, but Victor said it was okay. When I asked Victor for a receipt for the type tree he planted it turned out to be a regular Blue Spruce, which my HOE would not allow. When I informed Victor about the tree he planted, he did not respond to me, even after I approached him many many times. The tree ended up dying this spring, which I was not surprised, because it was planted too deep. Victor has always had a 1 year warranty on everything he has planted for me. Once again when I tried to communicate with me, he refuses to answer me. It is going to cost me 1K to replace the tree which is what I paid for the first tree. I would not recommend him for ANYTHING now. Quite frankly, I spent a great deal of money with him over the years and was quite surprised that he was not going to make this right. Very disappointed to say the least!!

Victor delayed the start of the work without telling me but I am well pleased with the job he did. I would recommend him to others and in fact, I have done so.

A lot of Fall clean up, done within two hours! Pleased with a clean la n and flower beds. Would recommend them if you’re short on time and need the work done.

Overall, a good experience. Some of our transplanted sod didn't take. Victor said it's warrantied and he'll rip it out and seed.

Victor called right away. Made an appointment to come out and was on time. They did a fantastic job, his crew was kind and curtious. I was very happy with their work they went above and beyond. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

Victor did not show up when scheduled and was late when he did show up and did not call to reschedule or say he would be late. He did not show up with his crew when his crew came to do the work on the one day I had told him in advance to avoid. Victor did not supervise them or instruct them as to what to do. His crew does not know the difference between a weed and a tulip, day lily, groundcover, phlox, coneflower, decorative grass, and other perennials. They were to weed my flower beds but keep the flowers and groundcover. When I returned home from work, my flowerbeds were practically bare. They pulled $1,000+ worth of flowers and groundcover and left weeds. I was in tears and lost sleep over the incident. When Victor came after I advised him of the disaster, he agreed he should have supervised his crew and told me he would be right back with his crew. He never returned and did not return my numerous phone calls and text messages. I still have not hear a word from him after filing a complaint with Home Advisor. I would never recommend him to my enemies, let alone a friend or neighbor. Stay far away from this company if you like your flowers He refuses to reimburse me for the plants/flowers that his unsupervised workers destroyed, and he will not take accountability/responsibility for his actions. Do NOT do business with Toros Landscaping - horrendous business practice and extremely poor quality and incompetent work and does not even attempt to resolve problems. You will end up having to sue him.

the men who showed up to do the work were very proficient and did a very good job. my only complaint would be that we had had a lot of rain and so they got the sidewalkdcand driveway very muddy and dud not try to clean it up. otherwise it looks great! timecwillmtell as they planted a bunch of shrubs so I have concerns that they will last since the ground was so. wet

Victor and crew did an excellent job in laying sod in a difficult setting. They did the work efficiently and promptly and the finished product looks great. We'll definitely call them again for our next landscaping project.

They did not do all I asked even when I paid an extra $200.

Victor's crew was excellent. They responded to texts, showed up on time and did a very good job. They did the job right, more than expected and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them. We have a big corner lot and they managed to complete all of the landscaping within three days.

Do not use This company. Toros Landscaping did not complete the contracted work and broke all their promises to return. One day job. I had to leave when the job was 80% complete and foolishly paid the in full and tipped the workers They said they did not have the right equipment on the truck and promised that they would be back in a few days. I hired them to trim bushes, edge the beds and install new mulch. I personally met with the estimator and explained in detail the work to be done. Had same meeting with the crew. Four weeks later I am forced to write this bad review. They got paid in cash and disappeared before finishing the job. Beware!

Victor was fantastic to work with. Completed an unusual job quickly and well. The only reason I rated a four in customer service is that we had a few scheduling issues.

Overall, the work done was very good and Victor did try to accommodate our needs as it related to a senior household member. They did have to come back to address a few issues resultant from the work performed (re-address some areas that needed a little more attention). After completion of project, only one unresolved issue remains. I couldn't give them 5 stars because there was one aspect of the project that was lacking and hasn't been addressed up to this point by Victor and/or Toro's Landscaping. We had some lawn "pop-ups" installed by them to help with the water drainage (gutters) at the back of the house. I needed them to provide a sturdy covering for the pop-ups because I use a heavier garden tractor for mowing and the pop-ups, as installed, will not stand up to having the tractor going over them. I've tried several times to get in touch with Victor on this to little avail. I now see that I will have to address the lawn pop-up issue myself.

GREAT JOB!!! Victor and his team were wonderful. Responded promptly. Came over to discuss project. Sent very reasonable quote of exactly what we needed. We estimated an approximate start date, but weather delayed by two days. Victor politely contacted me each morning to discuss weather. I can be a bit of a pain, adding to the project before they started and requested a couple of minor changes after they started. Victor was an absolute professional. They installed some yard drainage, a flagstone/river rock landing with walkway, some bushes, plants, mulch, and sod. It is beautiful and I have received many compliments after posting pics on facebook. We are requesting quote for tree trimming. Victor will definitely be on our repeat call back list...first priority on all projects.

Guys did a great job! I had trees removed, mulch, sod, & stone walkway installed in my yard. Everything turned out nice.
