Parts of the floor were uneven and I had to tell him to float it out, as opposed to him doing it. He did not have the supplies needed to do this so I went to the store to purchase them. He ran the floor in the reverse direction so that the cable wire could not be hidden. A piece of the floor was not all the way connected so he attempted to glue it down which did not work.

Marco Demo and Jose were a very hardworking group. Always on time and cleaned up and did whatever we asked them to do. A good value for excellent service. Excellent work ethics and very professional. Definitely would recommend this company.

I am extremely happy with my new bathroom. I had a problem finding someone to lay the vinyl plank flooring I had purchased. It was for a very small bathroom and most companies wouldn t do such a small project. I m so happy to have found Marco. He not only put down my flooring, he removed the old vanity and installed a new one. He also installed new baseboards, which was totally unexpected. I would definitely use Luxury Vinyl Flooring for any future projects and would definitely recommend them to others.

He has been very accommodating, punctual and calls back almost immediately if I have a question. I am working with him on a second project now that is even bigger. He is very easy to work with. Took off 1/2 star due to small finishing issue I am waiting to bring up that he can easily fix. I can't wait to see his completed work on my next project.

There are many reasons to hire Marco for your flooring project. 1. He communicates very well. There is no ambiguity about the scope of the work he will do, what he needs you to do before he arrives, and the timing of the appointment. 2. He is prompt. I arrived 20 minutes before the appointment to install at my place of business, and he and his associate Guillermo were already there. 3. He is helpful. When I could not find the transition strip he recommended I have on hand, he took the time to purchase it himself, add it to my bill with receipt provided, with no service charge for this extra effort. 4. He does quality work at competitive pricing. He and Guillermo installed a custom pattern for us which required extra time to consult with us. They wanted to make sure they got it right - which leads to the big one... 5. He thinks! This is a most highly prized quality in my book, and what makes Marco stand out from the pack. He looked at our drawing, looked at our room, and shared his thoughts on why the pattern we created might not work in the way we had imagined it (the pattern was designed to be used as built-in activities for children). He also shared that installing our design would mean the transition to the adjacent tiles would not be installed according to standard practice. No judgement - just sharing information so that we could make a decision, which involved a phone call to an absent decision-maker. He also told us that we had managed to purchase fewer tiles than we needed to complete the job BEFORE he had laid them all, which allowed us to think though the best way to use the remaining tiles and downplay the bare areas until we can get more of the color we special ordered. In summary: You want a contractor who is skilled in the actual job, but you also want a good communicator who thinks things through and helps the consumer (who is not the professional in this area of expertise) come to an informed decision. Marco does both without condescending. Hire him (and Guillermo). (Hey, Marco - start installing carpet. I need some of that, too.)

Marco installed laminate floor in our living areas, kitchen, and laundry. He is very professional, on time, clean, and super fast. The floor looks great. He also moved several pieces of heavy furniture in the process and did our base board. I would recommend him and would definitely hire him again when we have another flooring project.
