Maintenance Management

I've used the pest control services of this company before, typically in early Spring and Fall, for at least the past two years. I've been very satisfied with the results each time. Pricing is reasonable and service is great! The applications have proven effective, too. Mary is friendly, very customer-oriented and arrives on-time. When I first started using the services, I was unable to communicate by phone like a "normal" person and had to rely on a third party servicer. At one point, problems arose with the third party arrangement. Mary went out of her way to help me identify what was happening (only one of two persons/companies out of seven to do so at the time) and as a result, I was able to provide valuable info to the third party servicer's management to assist in problem resolution. In the interim, she willingly used any means necessary to communicate with me. In my mind, that was a value-added service and said a lot about Mary and her company. It sure meant a lot to me.
