They're terrific. Best customer service I've seen, they actually, they did a repair on one of our vehicles and we hadn't picked up the car yet and they happened to see that I was out mowing the lawn when they literally drove the car to the house and dropped it off. So I mean their customer service is spectacular.

They are awesome.  I don't trust anyone else with my 5 cars.  My daughters car was eating oil and they had fixed the bearings (not sure spelled correctly) last year.  It kept doing it and took it back again,  they checked all other options and diagnosed as axil problem.  They fixed quickly as my daughter was heading back to school.  They are wonderful and I never feel like they are trying to get me to buy something I don't need and they are honest.  Couldn't ask for a better place to trust with your car in my opinion.

just great car would not start and they found it was a bad battery. They not only replace it but got it covered under warranty. I had not even purchased it from them. Only cost was labor.

It is a small family run business but they are very good. They were able to work on my horse trailer right away even though they did not know who I was. Anytime I need immediate assistance from them to get my trailer ready for inspection, they are there to help me. They are professional, polite, respectful and kind. Their fees are also very fair.

I'd been going to Rouse's for nearly 20 years, but moved a distance away about 6 years ago, and have missed having them to rely on. They are family owned and are very professional, friendly, and provide quality service. I have always trusted that they will do right by me. Last summer I was having problems with my car and decided to take it to Rouse's since it was fairly close to where I was working at the time. I didn't have an appointment but they had me describe the problem and the gentleman behind the counter went out to the parking lot with me to have a look. It turned out a hose needed to be replaced, so he got one from inside the shop and came back and did the job (it was a brutally hot day and it took him a number of sweaty, awful minutes). He then said I was all set and wished me a good day. I couldn't believe he wasn't going to charge me anything, even when he obviously didn't recognize me from using their shop years ago. Free hose, free repair, and I didn't even have to give him my name. Great shop, I wish I still lived or worked near them.

I've been going to Rouse's Auto Repair since 1995 and I have had no problems with them at all. To me, their pricing, I believe, is very, very fair.

We have used Rouse for years for our car repair. We needed to add a hitch for a special bike. Two other companies wanted twice the amount to do the work. Rouse is not only fair and honest, they are also professional and easy to work with.

The service is really good, but the price is about 30 percent higher than other places I have found.
Response from ROUSE'S AUTO REPAIR
"Just to be clear on the repairs that were made, there was more work involved in the dollar amount than was reported. In addition to the tie rods and rocker arms, we fabricated and installed a new fuel line from front to rear. We tightened fan belts and power steering belts and checked brakes. Both front lower control arms had worn out bushings and both front stabilizer bar bushing were missing with bad end links. We replaced both front lower control arms with used parts to save the customer money. We also aligned the tires and fixed a hole in one tire. This was a very big job performed on a 1995 Camry with 340,000 miles on it. For the amount of work and the effort to save the customer money, we feel this was a fair price and completed in a reasonable amount of time."

I brought my car in because it wouldn't start without a jump, and I had checked Angie's List with good ratings. I can see why! I showed up in the afternoon without an appointment expecting to leave my car overnight. Instead they brought it right in, diagnosed the problem and replaced the battery while I waited. The repair charges were less than I expected. Rich was friendly and very professional. The shop was clean and had a comfortable public bathroom. The theft protection device on my car radio requires a code to unlock it after a power outage. Rich offered to reset the radio anytime it was convenient (this requires opening the dashboard to get the serial number), and said he even has a loaner car to use while mine is in the shop. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop!

They do a good job. They are always prompt, and they do get back to us. The prices are reasonable. They do the work that needs to be done, and nothing more. If we were to take our Mini Cooper to a dealership it would cost a lot more. We had a problem with our catalitic converter, and they told us it was covered under warranty and we need to take it to a dealer. He is very honest.

I go to these guys even though they are somewhat far for me. Nice to have people you know are good and are fair and you trust. Had a problem in that the oil leaked when they were done, brought it back, they explained why (it was much trickier than you would guess - the engine light that needed fixing was in a bad spot and needed didnt tighten easily in my old car, which caused a small oil drip, and so they fixed that while I waited without additional charge. Years ago on our old chevy venture, Chevy dealer recommended getting rid of it as they said they brake system was too difficult to fix. Took it to Rouse's and they did the job easily, and have had the car for over 5 years since then and they keep it running great.

They know my vehicle and know my history. I feel like they take care of me and my vehicle. We've built up a relationship over the years. They've been this way since the get-go. I get value for my money.

It was a bit of a wait, but I did just drop in. They took my car, tested the battery, etc. and replaced it. Apparently when the battery is disconnected, my radio needs a code to reboot. So it took them awhile to get that set, but they told me what they were doing. No surprises.
