Service tech informed us of maintenance that should be done every six months. Door is operating well now and is much more quiet.

Extemely polite, professional and explained everything in terms I could understand as a layman. Provided several options and pricing for each option and offered guidance and advice. Very happy with the results

Precision door called within a couple hours of buying their maintenance package. They were able to come out the next day which was the earliest I was available. Our garage door had become very noisy over the last year and finally would not open which is the reason I contacted them. We have an electronic garage door opener with a two-car garage. They told me the problem was a broken coil on the left side. They gave me an additional quote to fix the coil and replace the rollers which was in addition to the maintenance package I bought through Angie's. I felt the additional cost was fair and they had the job completed within 1-2 hours. The door is working great and is as quiet as can be. The workman was polite, knowledgable, and very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future,

Top quality experience from start to finish. Called on 6/12 and set the service call for 6/13/14. The scheduler was upbeat, polite and efficient. Time was set for between 1& 5pm. The tech, Bobby, called around 12:30pm to let me know he was on his way. Bobby actually arrived about 5 minutes early. He inspected the whole door system and found that the only part that needed attention was the bracket/pivot where the lift arm attached to the door, which was bent and tearing away from the door's top panel. Bobby repaired the problem and lubricated the doors, in short order. The door now works better than ever. Bobby was cordial but professional and will not to recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needs their garage door serviced.

When I made this treatment the lady (Christine?) was very sympathetic to my time restraints as well as proper scheduling. The service tech was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional.

I bought Angles List deal for garage door tune up with free roller replacement. I asked the provider to perform the service as per the coupon I bought. Our garage door was making lot of sound and I thought roller replacement should fix it. The service provide came out as per scheduled time. He indicated that all the door joints are not in good conditions and they need to be replaced before he can provide the service I bought. He quoted $400 additional for this additional service. I was at work and did not have chance to see what others are quoting for the similar work and had to agree at that time. I felt that I was taken advantage of the situation. The work was done in about an hour and parts I could not imagine be more than $100. Ended up paying total of about $500.

Arrived before end of time frame given, friendly, knowledgeable and returned job site to original status.

They were quick, responsive and professional. Had something in the way of the track and when we opened the door it bent the track and the door. The came out quickly and fixed the door and replaced the track, they even cleaned and lubed all the door hardware, excellent experience and a fair price.

I called to get a simple quote for a torsion spring replacement for a 2-car non-insulated steel garage door with no windows. They wouldn't give a price range over the phone and wanted to send a service tech out (already had received 2 quotes by phone ($200 - $250 installed) to replace both springs from other companies). This is an easy repair and any experienced garage door service company should be able to give you an estimate over the phone - especially if you give them the style of the door and the spec for the springs.

They were excellent! They showed up on time and were very polite, informative, fast, and neat. I would gladly use them again for any of my garage door needs.

Replaced the garage door opener and tuned up the garge door. Came within two hours of placing call. Did an excellent job. Was courteous and cleaned up after himself. What else can one ask! Excellent!!

It was ok. I paid $99 and the deal was supposed to be to put the rollers in and to adjust the door. My biggest concern was to adjust the door a little bit. When the guy got here, he did a fine job and put the rollers in no time. The he told that they didn’t adjust doors like mine. That was part of the biggest reason I called him. He told that I probably bought that at the other stores and I said yes because I work there. He told that he didn’t adjust those tracks. I saw that deal online for $79. It probably would have been a good deal for $79 but he didn’t adjust the door correctly and that was my main concern. I guess the deal was ok but I probably wouldn’t call him back again. It was a big deal purchase. In terms of responsiveness, it took him several months to get back to me. I had something set up for him in the fall and he didn’t come out. It was 4 or 5 months after I originally sent my request to him. He was here on time.

The service turned out fine, they were great. They were out within a couple of days. There were no additional charges for the service. They were really responsive, and they were really nice, and professional. I thought they were completely honest. I called them 3 or 5 days later again, and said they were calling to do our garage door. I asked him when I would have to do it again, and I asked him when I would do it again, and he was really honest, he said it was a lifetime guarantee, and I didn't need to do it again. The inside button was missing a cover, and he had a cover, so he put it for me for free. My kids were excited because we got a real opener now. They were a really great company.

My experience was very good. There was absolutely no problem with them. I am very happy with them! They were all very professional.

Was surprised that I did not get a call from Precision after I purchased the work on Angies List Deal, but I did get a message from Precision posted to my Angies List mailbox. It was to call them. When I did, I had to start from scratch and provide name, address and coupon code (which required re-logging into Angie's list to find it.) If a provider is going to need that code, Angie's should have a field for this in the work scheduling process, or the provider should make sure to ask for it in the initial message to call for the appointment. Dan called in the morning to report that he would arrive in about an hour, and was close enough to that arrival time. He inspected the door and found that it was a simple fix of reinserting the pull cord for the door back into the track, a 10 second repair. He was so nice about it, despite my humiliation. He told me I could keep the voucher for a time when I "really needed it." A decent guy, good experience, would definitely call them again.

The tech who came out was friendly and efficient. he explained the regular maintenance to me. Very good experience.

Purchased the Garage Door tune up and scheduled the appointment. On the day of the appointment, they were a no show and no call to reschedule. Before the scheduled service date, I even called them for an estimate on replacing a garage door and opener for me. Though they showed up to look at the job, I have yet to receive a call or estimate on replacing the door and opener and it has been 2 weeks. Disappointed.

Mr Vasquez explained how my motor was older and there is a dent in the door that affects the performance. He did not try to pressure me into getting all new equipment, merely showed me that some parts will have to be replaced in the near future. The door is working perfectly now, when it is time to replace I will call this company and even request the same person.

The employees was fas! efficient and neat. He knew what he was doing and completed the job expeditiously. The rubber weather stripping was $250 and I felt that was overpriced.

Everything went fine, the repairman was there on time and even gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. He did an initial look over, explained what he was going to do for our package that we purchased regarding the rollers and then let us know about some other areas that could need looked at sooner than later and gave us a quote for those issues.

Billy arrived right on time and got to work immediately. He fixed an issue I was having without hesitation and replaced all the rollers. He was very polite and extremely professional. I would definitely use them again.

The person who showed up was a perfect gentlemen,He did a wonderful job and walked me through the current status of my garage door and what needs to be done in future.I will definitely call them for any upgrades in future.

What was most impressive was that they had promised a contact by Apr 14th, but contacted me on Apr 10th and finished my service by the 11th. It took about 30 minutes in all and the tech was prompt, courteous, and professional. I like people who under-promise and over-deliver rather than the other way round. All-in-all, it was a good experience.
