I have wood doors and they do not do a lot of work with wood doors. I need a specialist.

Very professional from start to finish. Did exactly as advertised. Did not try to up sell, add on at a Pointed out what might need to be serviced in the future. Would recommend them to anyone wanting garage door work done !

Very well. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the job, the friendliness and knowledge of the Serviceman. He was prompt and finished when he thought he would. He worked really h****** straightening the bent framework...which helped to ensure the door works quietly.

Dan was prompt, professional, friendly, and I felt honest also. He called 20 minutes before showing up, which was great! In fact, I called today to have the service done...talk about quick service! They will be my garage door people for all my needs in the future. One can't go wrong with this company! Five stars all the way*****!

The service tech was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me during the review of the door tune-up. He even took the time to tell me how to know when the door is out of alignment. I was having issues with the door opener and he provided pricing to service it along with pricing for a new replacement. He didn?t push anything and said to call when I was ready.

This big deal did not fit under what I needed but Kevin did a great job of giving me an estimate and letting me know what I needed to do to fix the problem.

The installation was great. Within a short amount of time, I had a great garage door opener installed and ready to use. I would definitely use this company again.

after closing garage door in evening, the door spring broke and when it broke it was loud. looked on angieslist for a service provider and came across Precision. read through the reviews and looked at the area that they had serviced and those around me all rated them high. they have long hours 7 days a week and i needed the door fixed to get cars in and out. i called saturday am. about 730, set up the service call and already had an idea of costs from the call. i was told that they would be there between 11 and 3. they called about 1030 to say they were on the way and would be there in 20 to 30 minutes and did arrive on time. the technician and i looked it over and he told me what it needed and what it would cost, and gave him the green light. He did all the work including clean up in about an hour and half or so, and it worked better and quieter! Told me that the parts that were replaced were worn and the springs did not match (from another service provider repair over 5 years ago). got a limited liftetime warranty and good to go! These guys know what needed to be replaced and were respectful that pricing can be a challenge, however, if you can swing it, go with their recommendation,it is worth it in the long run. Well done and done in very timely manner. Don't be afraid to use these guys.

Called ahead to give me specific arrival time and was prompt; very professional. Offered me options, but was not pushy. Gave me advice on regular maintenance; answered all my questions.

Arrived at the job site after 2 hrs of the scheduled time, because of previous job took longer than anticipated. Job completed in 1 hr. Replaced the old rollers with nylon rollers and lubed all the parts of the Garage door.

Bad experience; don't use them. We asked for a morning slot. They offered the work to be done between 9am to 1pm. My wife moved back her afternoon appointment. Then the fellow shows up at 1:15pm. Now my wife has to cancel her afternoon appointment. We have a garage door making noises and seemed to need maintenance based on prior experience with same issue. I spent $99 on $300 worth of value, figuring that would suffice. The guy spends 15 minutes and comes back in with a checklist says he's completed his work but the door is still off. He seems to admit that the maintenance package wasn't needed at all, rather we need to buy another $600 part or get a new door altogether. I'm only partially disappointed with the worker; I'd rather him be honest with me up-front after initial inspection to let me evaluate if we should carry on with the maintenance. That would be nice but he did what we paid him for. What makes me upset is the management. They probably sell way more of these $99 deals than is warranted by the customer base and can't manage the capacity for supplying the service. First, the entire thing took 15 minutes, yet my wife had to commit to a 4 hour window. Second, they didn't even make the 4 hour window on time. Third, after calling the company to address my grievance directly with the manager, I have yet to receive a phone call on the 2nd business day later. My advice, don't buy these Angies list maintenance deals. Find someone you can work with and cut a fair deal with that doesn't insist on a checklist. Hopefully they aren't run off a switchboard and can coordinate their own schedules independent of a failed pseudo flight control system. A wasted day and $99 later, we still have a crappy garage door.

It did not go well! I did not expect to be charged for a service call to fix a problem resulting from service done a few months before. Before I had the "special" done the door closed fine --- after the service it did not close properly on one side and I had to manually close it. The fix took a few minutes and then I am charged $ 65.00 -- I even called the home office and talked to the girl who set up the appointment and asked why I wasn't told about the $65.00 fee -- she said they don't have to tell me there is a fee I feel the fix should have been done for no service fee! I would not have set up the appointment if I knew of the fee. I paid $99.00 for a service and then I was charged $65.00 for a 2 minute fix to a problem caused by the service. Bad business !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The men provided were professional, on time and performed their task expertly. They were friendly and respectful when I asked questions regarding what they were doing. I was also instructed on simple maintenance to keep my garage door in good condition. I am very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them.

Prompt, fast and complete job. Tried to selling me additional services until I explained that I had purchased the service from Angie's list on line.

It was a very nice experience. The technician did what was promised and discussed possible future garage door opener. All went well.

Greg and his assistant from Precision Door did a very thorough job and highly satisfactory job. They were quick and knowledgeable and the only surprise was I did not plan on purchasing the springs but based on Greg's recommendation, I felt it would be needed sooner rather than later. The bottom garage door panel was replaced with a new one and they showed me how to properly lube the garage door hinges, etc. I'm very happy with the service from Precision Door overall.

It went real well. He did a good job of installing the new rollers; and, it didn't take him very long to do the job.
