He did an amazing job cleaning the whole house - 4 rooms. One room was exceptionally dirty & it came out so clean! Very happy with the way the carpets look.

As soon as I spoke with Laurie, I knew immediately that DLCC would be my choice. Laurie is extremely pleasant, she answered all of my questions confidently you could actually hear the smile in her voice. She assured me that our carpet would look refreshed and new after their cleaning, and I can tell you that it truly does. One of our family members requires a walker/wheelchair and the continual tracking began to show dirt and slight wear in the carpet. DLCC cleaned the carpet while I was at work, and when I returned home, I could not believe how good it looked; plush and clean as when we first moved in. Tim did an excellent job of getting our entire main level clean. Will I use DL Carpet Care again? You know it! I would much rather see DLCC on a regular basis than to have new carpet installed. All I can say is WOW!!!! What an excellent job. I had originally scheduled a large national chain to clean my carpets and upholstery however they didn't show up. I searched on HomeAdvisor and DL was one of the companies that showed in my area. I was contacted very quickly and they set me up with a convenient appointment. They showed up on time....did an amazing job. The carpet looks brand new and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!

Very satisfied with the quality of service, and personal experience

The cleaning left a stain in the carpet that had not been there before. It was noticeable to me as soon as the technician left so he just had not checked his work. Also, he had unplugged my dryer to plug in his machine but had not plugged my dryer back in again before he left. I reported the problem and the stain was taken care of 3 days later. Expensive cleaning for poor service.

Very efficient. Explained the process he used to clean the carpets. No perfume odor when he was done. Great job.

He did an outstanding job getting the cigarette smoke smell out of furniture I bought. Good person, good company I will never use anybody but them for carpet or apolstry cleaning again. Thank you!
