This is a small, family owned business. Tim's wife answers the phone and she is professional. I have called other small businesses before and they just say "hello" and you are left wondering who you just called. Tim is also professional. No messes were left behind. This was my first time having my carpet and furniture professionally cleaned and I am happy with the result.

Very professional and great customer service. Tim explained the whole process ahead of time, and did a great job. He warned us that our couch was too worn and probably would not clean very well, so he saved us the cost of doing that.

DL Carpet Cleaning did a great job! My furniture looks brand new! They use all natural products. The cleaning did not bother my allergies. Their process was explained to me before beginning. My sofa and loveseat were dry in a few hours. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them! 10 Stars!!!
