I had asked for them to clean my couch, a recliner chair and 3 carpets. He ended up only cleaning 1 carpet and recommended I replace the others. He felt he would be just taking my money if he went ahead and cleaned the others mentioned because of the bad shape they were in. I appreciated that honesty.

Everyone was very nice to deal with from Laurie to Tim. I loved the convenience of texting with Laurie since I am a stay at home mom to a 9 month old. When Tim arrived, he explained about the process and the solution that was going to be used. I had a large area rug, family room, two set of stairs and area rugs cleaned. It was definitely worth the $100. Overall great people and customer service. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends. And I will definitely be calling next year for more carpets to be cleaned.

This company was extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone. They were able to come out the next day after calling them on Memorial Day and they didn’t disappoint. My couch now looks brand new again.

I provided room measurements and was quoted a price over the phone. However, i was charged a higher cost upon arrival. Techhnician arrived late. Cleaning was acceptable. This company was selected mainly because they had Saturday afternoon availability. Great customer service provided by the co-owner via phone!
