They were great. They did a good job.

I purchased this deal for $65. I am guessing that the combination of a big response to the deal and rainy weather created scheduling issues for them. They responded to messages within about 24-48 hours. I got a couple of "please be patient" messages from them. They did turn up and did a fine job. Seemed like nice guys.

I bought this in early March and after multiple attempts I never received any communication!

My lawn looks wonderful. I did not order enough the first time so they made a second trip in the rain. Because they did not come when they said they would they also gave me some extra free mulch. They cleaned up behind themselves.

He was very good. I signed a contract for him to come once a week. He has been good so far. When the grass stops growing he will charge me $40 a month. He is very personable and very nice. He doesn’t add chemical and the yard looks great.

Beautiful Job. the Mulch was great quality. rich color and fragrant smell. ground covered and depth was perfect The guys were very friendly and showed up when they said they would.

Provide had rescheduled a few times but ultimately did a nice job when they got here. I would use them again.

I contacted Sunnyview over the winter in anticipation of a freshly designed back yard for the spring, and they were quick to respond and stay in contact until the weather finally cooperated. Juan and his team worked incredibly hard for 2 days implementing the design ideas that he had, including any suggestions I had along the way. It turned out more beautifully than I'd imagined! Juan is very responsive and available to answer questions, and I felt that the price was more than fair. I have recommended them, and will use them again next year for additional work I will be having done. A+ all around!

Overall, they were great. They did have to reschedule twice and came late on the actual day but arated my lawn for free for the inconvenience. I would use them again because they really did a super job.

landscapers called prior to their arrival and completed the job and called to remind me to lock the back gate once they completed the job. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

The provider did not provide 2 hours of yard work. The provider only did 1 hour, did not show up for the rescheduled appointment, and hasn't answered my messages since.

combination of my availability and the weather made us postpone the service until march of 2015. they showed up in march on the exact day we had scheduled in november. i had forgotten about it, and was not home when they came. they called before hand to let me know they were coming, and we discussed what i wanted done. i wanted to be here when they worked. i have had some problems with others working here when i wasn't. when i got home, the quality and quantity of the work they had done exceeded my expectations. later, over the phone, we discussed possible work in the spring. i am contacting them today or tomorrow to see if they are available.

I purchased the deal for fall clean up. When the time came for my scheduled appointment, the weather had turned cold so they could not perform the work. The weather did turn nicer again so I contacted Juan. He said he still could not do the work because they were too busy catching up from the cold November weather. My location was not convenient for them either. With some hesitation, I agreed to a spring clean up April 1. I also contacted Angies List to inquire about my options if the work could not be performed. Angie's List said that since I purchased more than 30 days ago, they would not refund my money even though the work had not been performed. April 1 came and it was raining. I did not receive a phone call from Juan about my service scheduled that day so I had to call him. He said they were watching the weather but probably would not be out. It would be another week or 2 before they could come out. I requested a refund from Juan. He said "no problem" and that he'll send it out right away. April 15, I still had not received my refund so I called. Juan said he sent it out but I could meet him in Chicago to get it. I declined going to Chicago and he said he would send it again. Now it is April 23 and still no money. To be continued...

It went well except that the scheduling was a little iffy. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. They brought out two workers. I purchased it and I got an initial email from the company indicating that they would contact me to schedule. They did call me saying that it may be delayed because of the weather. I think they did that on March 20. I hadn't heard anything. So I had to call them back three times. They apologized profusely. I understand weather was a situation but all I really was hoping for is a phone call just to be kept up-to-date as to when it might be scheduled. The quality of work was excellent. They were very prompt with the project once they finally got out.

Sunnyview contacted me to say they would be out in two days to perform the work. They called the next day to postpone for one day due to inclement weather. They performed the work as expected and I am fully satisfied. I would certainly consider them for any future yard work.

The final result was satisfactory but because of the lack of reliable and adequate equipment the job took a total of 8 hours when it should have taken 3 hours or less. Their power saw broke down and had to be repaired. They did not have a replacement. They did not have a chipper. All branches had to be cut by hand so they would fit on their pick-up truck. Then they had to leave the site to empty the truck and come back for more. They were gone at least 2 hours. A chipper is essential for this type of work.

The yard looked great. They set up the initial appointment but weather did not permit the job. I did not hear from them and had to message them to find out when they could reschedule. Took 4 days of back and forth to figure out at date. I had a party in the yard in 2 days and really wanted the work completed before. They came the next day and completed the work above my expectations. I was very happy and will use them again next year. I will book early to make sure they come out before the weather warms and I am anxious to get the work completed. Seems like the big deal might have over booked them.

Initially, he responded and said the ground was too wet. He said maybe the following week would be better, but he never called me. So I called him yesterday and his voicemail is full, so I couldn?t leave a message, so requested a refund.

There was a bit of a mess to take care of when I got home but I expected this. This process creates a lot of dirt clumps and they gather on the sidewalk. no big deal

They were a little slow to schedule and I had to remind them with a quick email, but they responded quickly to the email. The service was straightforward and they came at the time they indicated.

Juan & his partner came to give me an estimate. Came back a few days later to do job. He hit the siding & broke a couple pieces. Told me right away, went & got siding, fixed it & took money off. Seems like a great company.

Didn't feel as though we were listened to, or maybe misunderstood. We had an entire area where we wanted grass/weeds pulled up and instead of doing so, they just used a trimmer to cut down. On top of it all, they left a piece of equipment here and it took them 3 months to come pick it up.

He did a very good job and was out and done in an hour. I'm very pleased and plan on using them in the future for lawn work.

The provider called me after I purchased the deal asking if I wanted to wait until Spring of 2015 to have my yard cleaned. I declined. If I wanted to wait until Spring of 2015 I would not have purchased the deal in November of 2014. Then I was told that the shrubs couldn't be trimmed because it was the wrong time of year. This was not mentioned in the ad that advertised the yard clean up would include trimming shrubs. The provider agreed to do one hour of clean up in November and come back and trim the shrubs in the Spring of 2015. So my review is incomplete. I hope the provider keeps his word.
