Nice on the phone. Showed up on time. So far, the bugs have not returned.

Brian was very nice, knowledgable and answered all my questions. He was on time and after a brief explanation of what he was going to do it was over in less than an hour. He was very thorough, especially in the areas where we had ants. My only concern was that my young kids would walk on the interior spray, which took about 30 minutes to dry. We ended up leaving the house to make sure that wouldn't happen. Overall, we are very pleased with their services. The ants have not returned, so it was well worth the money.

Overall the experience was good. They came on time & performed the work right away. He told me before he sprayed that it would drip all over my windows & it did. At least I was forewarned. I haven't had any problems with insects since.

Returned my message promptly; very informative on the phone; told me what I should do and what I didn't need to have done. Brian (service technician) was very prompt; very friendly and knowledgable. He told me exactly what he needed to do and how he would do it; what effect it would have and when. He gave me two mouse bait boxes at no extra charge after finding droppings. He even educated me on the science and life of bees! (Who knew that they can't see?) Urged me to call anytime for free extra service within the 30-day period (for ants) or 90-day period (for flying insects). Would DEFINITELY use them again!

The woman was great. She saved me a service call once she identified the bug, because you can't spray for these bugs except in fall. She told me what to do in the interim.

I discovered a rabbit living under my deck and was concerned that it and its offspring would eat my garden. Because of the high recommendations on the list I called A-1 pest control. The person on the phone was extremely helpful. First, rabbits are protected and hence no company can exterminate them. However, I was given very helpful advice, namely to start a fence in a trench 2 feet deep around any place I don't want the rabbits. There were also suggestions about urine repellents. Even though they would not be doing business with me, they were extremely helpful.

WORKER WAS PROMPT AND CAME TO DO THE WORK. HOWEVER, HE HAD TO COME BACK TWO TIMES, POSSIBLY BECAUSE THE BUGS WERE SO BAD. BUT WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK BECAUSE THEY DID FOLLOW UP AND GET THE JOB DONE.

WE'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PESTS SO THEY MUST BE DOING A GOOD JOB! HOWEVER, I NEVER ACTUALLY SEE WHAT THEY DO...

WE WERE OVERRUN BY SMALL ANTS. WE CALLED A-1. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME, AND APPLIED PESTICIDE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. THE ANTS DISAPPEARED. A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER, THE ANTS RETURNED. WE CALLED A-1 AGAIN. THEY CAME AND LEFT BAIT FOR THE ANTS INSIDE OUR KITCHEN. AFTER ABOUT A WEEK, THE ANTS WERE GONE. WE HAVE NOT SEEN ANTS SINCE.

FOUR SQUIRRELS WERE TRAPPED AND REMOVED, WITH NO EVIDENCE OF ANY ADDITIONAL ANIMALS. ENTRY HOLES WERE COVERED WITH GALVANIZED STEEL. SHAWN WAS EXCELLENT AND WE PLAN TO HAVE HIS COMPANY DO ADDITIONAL WORK FOR US. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND A-1 PEST CONTROL.

I PURCHASED A SERVICE WITH THEM. THEY LISTENED AND TOOK CARE OF PROBLEM.

WE MOVED INTO A HOUSE THAT HAD A LOT OF BUGS. A-1 WAS VERY RESPONSIVE IN COMING OUT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS AND WAS VERY THOROUGH IN GOING THROUGH THE ENTIRE HOUSE (INSIDE AND OUT). WE DID STILL SEE A LOT OF BUGS 1 MONTH LATER AND THEY CAME OUT AGAIN FOR FREE (INCLUDED IN QUARTERLY SERVICE). ALTHOUGH WE STILL SEE ANTS, IT IS A DRAMATIC IMPROVEMENT. OVER TIME AND WITH THE QUARTERLY SERVICE, THEY SHOULD BE GONE.

AFTER THE FIRST VISIT THERE WERE FEWER ANTS, BUT THEY HAD NOT BEEN TOTALLY ELIMINATED. AFTER THE SECOND VISIT, WHICH IS FREE IF YOU CALL THEM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE FIRST VISIT, THE ANTS WERE TOTALLY ERADICATED. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE JOB PERFORMED BY A-1 AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THE EXTERMINATOR WAS PROMPT, DID HIS JOB THOROUGHLY (UNLIKE PAST COMPANIES WE USED WHO WOULD NOT CLIMB THE ROOF OR WERE SCARED OF THE WASPS!). HE LAID BAIT IN PARTS OF THE ATTIC THAT WERE NEVER TREATED AND PRICED THE WORK VERY FAIRLY.

WE USE THEM QUARTERLY. THEY PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE, ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE COMPETITIVE PRICES. NOAH, OUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN, IS VERY GOOD.
