I called in the morning and Don said he would come that afternoon. He was scheduled for 5:00, arrived a little late, but was very successful in killing all the hundreds of wasps in the siding of my house. While we watched for a response between dustings he answered my many questions and assured me the wasps would be dead and no longer a problem for me. He also treated for some ants I had in my kitchen, at no additional cost. He has offered to come back and help me remove the dead nest whenever I called, and he offered this at no cost also, knowing how edgy these wasps have made me. By this evening I believe there are no live wasps left. I can't hear any buzzing and no more are entering or leaving the nest. A job well done.

Called and needed treatment for ants. When he called back we were able to connect that day and apply treatment without hesitation. He actually was able to accommodate our time frame because we were leaving out of town that evening. Don was very thorough and finished the outside perimeter as we were leaving. Will use again.

I saw some ants in our master bathroom. As usual, Don located the source of them and sprayed accordingly. Don has a ton-o-knowledge when it comes to insects/rodents. His prices are very reasonable and he is an honest soul. You'll never feel "ripped off" when you have him come out to service your property.

He arrived on time and asked questions regarding any issues I might be having with insects or mice. Since the main problem is spiders in the basement, he checked carefully to determine where they might be coming in. The service call lasted 90 minutes and was extremely thorough. Don was very friendly and thorough in explaining all that he was going to do to get rid of the bees. I learned a lot about bees behavior and he was full of information that I found fascinating. He even put steel wool under the shudders where bees could potentially build a hive. He gave me his undivided attention and answered all my questions. Thanks Angies List for recommending him to us.

Don was able to take care of our problem quickly and efficiently. We felt his price was fair. He guaranteed the work, but one treatment was enough.

It was a great experience since Don took care of our issue and found out where the ants were coming into our home - the smallest crack ever!!!! He hunts down the source of the bugs versus just spraying the whole interior and walking away from the problem! It was very impressive; he's a hard-working, honest, knowledgeable guy who doesn't cut corners.
